Terrible. I try to see the good in every place I go to, but this one is absolutely terrible. We came around 11pm and the three people working there were gross, sweaty with long hair and no hair nets, no gloves and prepping food. There was only one person in line it took 30 minutes to get through. They obviously didn’t want to make new fries because when we ordered, my friend getting a small got like 10 fries and myself, a large got way less. I’m not one to complain, but, lord, there is a line. Added is a pic of the untouched “large fry” pulled from the bag, they were stone cold and tasted old. Just disappointing.
The 2nd best Burger King I've had so far, 1st is one in Orlando, Universal City Walk. Bought here twice and the fries was hot and crispy both times. The sandwich was good too. Update: Still good food for a fast food restaurant and the drive thru is always full every time- that should tell you something.
Like what is even going on at this Burger King? It took 5 minutes for anyone to come up to the speaker. No one was in line ahead of us. We ordered two meals… one of them was for a chicken sandwich. We asked for no lettuce and to add cheese… we ended up getting lettuce and added tomato? Not to mention that during the order the guy interrupted me multiple times. Also both sandwiches were barely wrapped… just hanging out of the wrapper…
I just had the worst fast food drive thru experience in my 50 years of living. I drove up to the and placed my order. The receptionist read it back to me faster than I could hear or understand. The order on the screen was wrong. I asked her for confirmation a couple times. She finally shouted back at me that she already read it to me 5 times. I shouted back that I wanted to speak to her manager. I drove ahead because I was pinned in. I paid for the order at the first window. The second window I was meant by the girl who talked to me through the speaker. She asked me the name on the order. I gave it to her and advised.they never asked for my name. She asked what I ordered. They stewed around in there for several minutes while they made the order. The manager finally came to the window and accused me of being rude and yelling at her employees. I responded with an excited voice because I was in disbelief. She immediately started yelling not to yell at her. This staff is psycho!!! Never been treated so poorly in a simple whopper minus pickles order. I wouldn’t go there again to save my life. The kicker is they still got the order wrong and included the pickles. Rude, aggressive, and obnoxious service!!!! Wouldn’t even have given them the one star if it wasn’t necessary to leave a review.
Laurie is fabulous and has great customer service. Keep up the great work and continue wearing that smile... its contagious : *Edit 07/19/2021: Ate here with my daughters today. I could see very easily from the counter into the kitchen while I waited for our order. One of the cooks preparing food had plastic gloves on. He was a younger man with dark hair and glasses. He kept itching his nose and pants area, wiping with his gloved hands around his mouth and ears. He did not at all change the gloves or wash his hands and prepared food after touching himself. Not even a chance as I watched him scratch at his face and then immediately pick up an item from the food area along with MANY items to follow, NEVER once changing gloves or washing his hands. Very unhealthy and unsanitary! I had originally gave this location 5 stars from my 1st post, however now I am reducing that down to 2. As I pride myself on the appreciation of good customer service, I took into account that the young lady working the counter with red hair heard my complaint and stated she would speak to the employee about this matter, and also apologized. I considered her reaction for at least 2 stars. My daughters and I tossed our food and ate elsewhere. I'm very hesitant on even 2 stars but acknowledgement helped a little. I certainly hope that this location makes a point to spread awareness and importance on germs and sanitary work conditions, especially after having the pandemic over the last year. Itches happen... please wash your hands and not give your potential germs or other icky stuff from your bodies to your customers! Big turn off of ever wanting to eat your food.
Waited a solid 5 mins at the menu for someone to ask me what I wanted. She was short and rude when taking my order. Got to the window and handed the cashier/order taker $13 total was just shy of $8. She handed me back just the coins. I told her I handed her more than what I needed for my order. Waited for her to get keys while another person handed me my order and told me to have a nice day. Mind you, I was only given my food and not my drinks. So I said something and got told to "calm down". I wasn't rude or out of line in any way. I just wanted my change and my FULL order. Finally got my change and left, only to realize my drinks were incorrect and I was not given straws. Seriously?!?! Christine and her staff need a redo on customer service training.
It's burger king. One of the better run ones. But still burger king. I do have to point out that the manager spent more time texting than doing her job. So service could have been a 4 or betterFood: 3/5
The morning kitchen manager is amazing. Love her. But the front end Christine M needs an attitude adjustment. Rude rude rude. I was cheerful and nice and respectful and she was just awful!! Horrible customer service!!!
Burger King is ok. Usually you feel like your being rushed or like you're a bother but if you ignore it your good. Food always takes an eternity to get especially when you order inside. Half the time they forget the bacon on your sandwich your food is hardly Luke warm and you get a mixture of stale fries and fresh fries in your one box. Kid-friendliness: They have decent kids meals Wheelchair accessibility: They do have an opening for wheelchairs to get on the sidewalk as well as parking spaces but no automatic doors and it would be a little difficult getting in their line but it is doable Dietary restrictions: They have nothing for diets. No salads. No grilled chicken.
Over charged me, didn't offer any sauces or ketchup, Gave it to me as a to go, no napkin, ketchup or sauces offered or added. And none supplied in a separate location/area for customers to help themselves either. Inside not busy but drive thru was very steady.Food: 3/5
