If i could give it zero stars i would. This is by far the worst McDonalds ever. Food is always cold and tastes very bad as if its not fresh. Service is non existing. They make you wait at least 30 mins in the drive thru to give you your food. By the time the food comes its cold. I went in the drive thru today and ordered 3 trios, it wasnt busy at all and i was the only car in the drive thru, i paid and they told me to go wait near sign #1. We waited at least 25 mins and no one came to give us our food. I had to go in and see whats happening. As i walked in, there was 3 customers angry and swearing about the slow service. After 5 mins i finally saw an employee and she told me they dropped our food on the floor and had to remake another order. This is only one of the many many horrible services we received at this location. I think this location is run by kids with no management whatsoever. All this to say that i will never go back to this location.
If you are going to hire a bunch of 12 year old students to work here... That's great, but put an adult with them to ensure the "quality" lol as if is up to McDonald's standards. This place is consistently one of the worse. Lachine McDonald's is pretty horrible as well but this may be a strong contender for last place!
Great service, super quick, always accurate. Definitely one of the better McDonalds' in the city. Only thing I'd change is the atmosphere, it's always pretty busy when I go which unfortunately means it's always pretty dirty, especially around the soda area.Food: 5/5
I will just leave this here. An honest picture of a “McDouble” right after I ordered it. All I will say is YOU CAN’T DO THIS TO PEOPLE!
Food is ok but the drivethrough wait time is always horrendous. Minimum 10 minutes up to 40 sometimes. It's better to go wait inside then to wait in the drivethrough.Food: 3/5
Expect long waits, mistakes in your order, cold burgers and a dirty restaurant. It's a last resort stop and the only place that's open late for food in the area, hence why it's still in business. It's been consistently bad for years lol
tried ordering here in English just to test Quebec's bilingual status and the girl could not keep up with a simple order. she then harangues me when I switched to French out of necessity and sheer hunger. : card payment system did not work and she failed to ask after or add my points after I ordered. boooo!
It took 15 minutes to get one cappuccino. Many people that arrived after got their order before. Ordering machine broke without information after I paid. I didn't know what was ordered. Workers were clueless to what was happening and not communicating to clients.
Sometimes I feel like when placing an order it's always as if I'm talking to a zombie. Especially when placing an order in drive thru and waiting for 30 mins just to grab a coffee.Food: 1/5
Please put the drinks out on the floor. Giving sugary Coke instead of coke zero is rather poisonous to diabetics.Food: 3/5
