The sub was amazing - bread was perfect, fresh veggies and meats were fresh/flavorful. Staff was welcome, friendly and professional. Overall, restaurant was super clean. Easy parking available. Must try place if you like good food!!!!
Went there for the first time today found it by accident and the first thing I noticed was how busy they were. That's usually a good indication that the food is good, and also fresh. We were not disappointed! We decided to try their pizza, even though Joe is the 'King of Subs', lol. It was absolutely Delicious! The toppings were generous and the dough/crust was perfect! A little pricey if you buy only one Pizza, but more reasonable if you buy two, as the second is half price. The staff were all incredibly polite and courteous, something that I find is becoming more rare these days for some reason. Nice job Joe! We will definitely be going back - we definitely have to try the subs that reviewers are raving about.
Order and come here too often. Thats only because this has to be one of THE BEST submarine spots I've ever tried on the south shore. Top notch guys! Staff is great, service is great and food again is amazing!!Food: 5/5
I had not visited Joe's since my high school days and I should have made the trip earlier. Still have amazing subs and pizza. I plan on cutting down all fast food in the new year but I'll be coming to Joe's for a treat once a month.
They have the best subs in the area as well as the pizza is amazing I’m a thick crust kinda guy and it’s amazing The pizza sauce is home made makes me feel like when I went on vacation to Italy definitely recommend people who love subs and pizzas to come here with their families and enjoy a meal definitely five stars for me see you guys again

Everything there is amazing i can’t complain about anything at all. Best sub & Pizza place ever. i have been eating here since i was nine years old and now i bring my kids here to eat as well they have the best service hands down. it does not matter if you do take out or sit down to eat you still get the same service.
Ordered take out to support local business. But seriously they do have really tasty submarine sandwiches. The Joe Special was jam packed with meat and juicy. Highly recommend.
I’ve tried the submarines, pizza and poutine. Everything is delicious! Most of the time they are really quick but sometimes when is busy you wait there a while.
Top subz ...will try the pizza next time!
