This was by far the fastest service I've had anywhere. I ordered other app and was less than 3 minutes out. We opted to Dine in and get Table side delivery. We walked in 5 of us and went to grab a table. The associate walked up and asked if we had a mobile order. I acknowledged it, she gave me my order number and said she had it ready! HOLY COW!!! We sat down and she followed right behind us with our food! Sadly a five Star rating wasn't in the cards. The ladies room toilets both had dried up human waste on the seats. Staff was politely informed.
The staff here are extremely hard working. I could tell that there was a long line in the drive thru but they still got our order out really quickly. Not one employee was standing around twiddling thumbs. They all worked hard even when there wasn't a bunch of people to wait on. Sweeping floors, wiping tables, mopping. Would absolutely dine in again.
We called and asked if we could order food at 10:30 and then pick it up at 10:50 cause we had just got off work. They said we can and told us to order it. We pull up at 10:50 and they tell us over the speaker they are closed and we tell them they had just told us it was okay. We pulled up to the window cause they wouldn't talk to us and they wouldn't open the window to talk to us even though the store was just open and they screamed through the window to go away even though the app had already taken our money and we wanted a refund. They also had their cigarettes out of the box and out while walking around in the restaurant. We did come in before they closed and I understand if they were annoyed but they approved us doing it when they very well could've just told us no and we would have respected it. We were kind about it because we also work late but they wouldn't even talk to us, we just wanted to ask what to do or if we could get a refund. We placed the order before showing up so they would have time to finish it and they agreed. They screamed at us and wouldn't even attempt to talk to us when the store was still considered open. They could have just told us no on the phone.
since this pushed review form doesn't state which location it's hard to give accurate review since I went to several in the day. coffee but the road sign says All drinks Any size $1. my coffee was nearly $2. only to find deal applies to soft drinks. Bait and Switch. BAD.Food: 4/5
Came thru drive thru, got down the road and order was messed up on a double qt lb meal. Turned around came back. I tell you what you can't find kids that works so hard these days. They cooked me up a new sandwich right away and fixed my drink. Nice job guys each and everyone. You guys had a busy day going on!
Go through the drive thru, they're NEVER ready to take an order even though the box says go ahead with your order. Got told to pull up which is fine BUT not one car behind me actually got their food before I did. And to top it off my sandwiches AND fries were already cold. But the kicker was this. I ordered a big mac with no pickles, it was repeated to me at least 4 times by 3 different people, it was labled no pickles. But I'll be, if there weren't THREE pickles ON the sandwich and two more off to the side. I don't usually leave bad reviews anywhere, but considering all of the above complaints have happened countless amounts of time I figured might as well because they certainly aren't getting any better on their own.
I feel bad for Jeremiah. As soon as I walked a lady asked for him to take her stuff to the desk instead of her walking back herself. A boy then kept calling his names for fries. Jeremiah was doing everything. He asked him to take two orders out while still being on fries. I see Jeremiah has a disability and he shouldn’t be treated like that. The boy could have done it bc he was waiting on food to come anyways. He watched as everything was going off while Jeremiah was doing tasks back to back. I hope they treat him better and give him a raise. He is human and not a lap dog. Stop yelling at him. The boy with the bumps all over his face treated him so wrong and laughed. He also kept catching attitudes.
What can you say? It's McDonald's it food when you dont feel like cooking or when you need a quick lunch. The services are ok with the occasional bad worker messing up your food. They only thing the napoleon McDonald's needs to work on is how to get the order right. i always seem to go back inside to get my order corrected Food: 3/5
Bathrooms were clean. The staff were friendly. Food came at a decent amount of time. The kids were very happy to have full bellies. Kid-friendliness: They had books for the happy meal toy. They were very excited.
Walked in and there was not less than 5 people that I could see and I know could see me. Yet, I waited 2 minutes for the special needs gentleman to try and help me. One girl Katy looked right at me and turned her back. She came to the register after multiple request from the special needs guy trying to help me. What kind of service is that for a weary traveler? I guess the name is contagious. Napoleon! Thank goodness he met his Waterloo.
