I love this place from all the McDonald's in Snohomish county. The service is great in the mornings they have such a great team, the lady from the window Mary she is always happy, friendly and good with the customers. She deserves not just 5 stars 100 stars, go visit this place again you won't be disappointed.
Totally disappointed with this crew after only one visit. I was limited on time due to my work, and parked to come inside to order. One car in the drive through at the window. I walked to the counter waiting for assistance. This location had a little sign mentioning that "due to short staffing, customers needed to order thru the electronic kiosk". I waited for about two minutes at the register watching three employees laugh and joke around. They noticed me the counter and continued wasting my time. I walked over to the kiosk and realized these always screw up my order when I use them, so turned back to approach the counter. The staff was still having a good time. Since one of my early jobs in my high school years was working at a McDonalds providing customer service within one minute, I figured the eight minutes I wasted here watching the crew screw around, didn't deserve my meal purchase. I will NOT be visiting this location again. Nothing like going back to work hungry.
Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal. Opened it and it was so flat like someone pressed their hand down on it. I then opened it and the lettuce was old, nasty looking, and the sandwich was barely hanging onto life. Lol did not resemble the pictures or commercials McDonald's. Which, I know realistically they don't. But they do usually look way more appetizing than this. Pictures says it all.
Ordered a big mac n customized QP w out cheese n it nvr fails i always get cheese they made a new one but all the patties were really dry n same w the buns but fries were good n fresh. The bathroom had no soap. Service was quick to come to counter to take our order which we are not used to.Food: 2/5

Quick service and good food. I mean, it is McDonald's, you know what you're getting. Clean store and good staff. Update 9/10/2017: new renovations are outstanding. Modernized look, feel, and machines. Automated ordering kiosks, top-of-the-line soda machine now, and nice lobby seating. Feels very welcoming.
Its a decent mcdonalds. Its easy to get into and out of right in mukilteo. The playplace is closed still in 2022. My kids were happy they had the pokemon cards, but the online ordering system wasnt updated so it showed a different happy meal toy. Easy in store ordering with self serve kiosks. It was clean inside so thats a plus. Basic fastfood place.
Not a bad place. Some mix ups sometimes but generally a good McDonalds. Though if you are using the mobile, don’t use Curbside. Even if the line is going to the street, drive through is way faster. Currently been sitting here 5+ mins and now the car that was sitting next to me when I parked got tired and just went inside.
I frequent this McDonald’s often and am generally pleased with the customer service. However lately the Mcmuffins have been coming out burnt. This is not an isolated incident but happening almost every time now. I don’t know what’s going on but I wish they would fix this quality issue.
The workers may be nice and have great customer service, but we all know what the food is made of food like substances, chemicals and trash that even the microorganisms won't touch after any length of time and I've never liked the atmosphere of any McDonald's. Food: 1/5
