Was first in line for about five minutes, nobody at the counter. There was one guy behind me and the staff would only talk to him like I was invisible just standing there first in line ready to make an order. Ended up leaving.
I hate to be that guy, but I ordered a large jumbo Jack combo with cheese and curly fries and I asked asked for my onions and ketchup be taken off. My order was handed to me with regular fries, so I let them know and they told me they will make me some fresh curly fries which I appreciate. But when I double checked my burger there was no cheese and ketchup on the bun still. After I got my curly fries the associate just said “sorry bout that” and turned around before I could say anything about my burger.. so I figured I would at least be able to enjoy my fresh curly fries, and my curly fries were cold.. fast service but a very frustrating experience
Waited 5 min. to order at drive thru. Nothing. Drove up they said they were busy. Got the easy order wrong. Don't plan to returnFood: 2/5
I order my food well over 15 mins before I arrived through UBER and when I showed up they made me wait in the drive through line, because there dining room is closed so you can even walk in and pick up. Then after sitting in the driving through line the made me wait in the parking lot because it wasn’t even done.
The food is good but the service is terrible. We sat in the drive thru and they only gave us half of our order. Then waited for 10 minutes for drinks and had to remind them for the other half.
The store is supposed to be open until midnight, I pulled into the drive thru at 11:30pm the car in front was served. I was ignored at the ordering speaker. I pulled around as I was tired of sitting at the speaker with no acknowledgment from the employee on duty with the white car and the worker then turned the lights off at 11:37pm. I had been coming to this location because the quality of customer care at the Evergreen and Casino location had become unbearable. I suppose all Jack in the Box is a no go for a while.
Friendly, fast service and what I expect from Jack in the Box. The jalapeño poppers are a really great appetizer and easy to eat on the go in the car. Another favorite item is a Sourdough Jack meal. This location isn't the best access if trying to make a quick drive thru stop, but service is fairly fast in my experience.
Be sure to ask for something to stir with if you ate getting cream with your coffee. It's not something you automatically get. Didn't have to ask for napkins though.
I keep getting wrong orders from here. The last 3 times they made mistakes on my order :
I find it strange that I'm ALWAYS told to park in the front of store when no one is behind me..ordered single burger combono special requests. I feel that this store is just trying to improve their drive thru times but manipulating the situation. I guess that's why we call it "fast food"....NOT!!
