I was there waiting for 10 minutes and when I got my sandwich which was a McDouble one of the patties wasn't even cooked all the way. One of the reasons I go to McDonald's is because the food is fully cooked. The girl that waited on me was very kind and you could tell she was new and the management that was there that day was clearly not fit for the position she was overwhelmed, she was talking bad about the new employee saying that she was going to rip her head off in front of customers, but behind the employees back I did not appreciate that. It was also a mess in the dining area. I don't think I'll ever visit that store again.
Don’t ever eat here these kids are a joke the don’t listen then will mess with your order when you ask for it too be corrected don’t know how they still have jobs last time I’ll ever go to McDonald’s ever
This particular McDonald’s is fantastic. Fries are always fresh, hot, and perfectly salted. Burgers always neat and not overly greasy. Service is always friendly and helpful.
Service seems lost. The fries were holding up everything. A person came in from the drive up window saying he has been waiting 15 min. Took 25 min for our order.Food: 3/5
Great McDonald's in Northbridge. I do the drive thru, it's a very busy location. The people are nice and the food is hot. Parking: Easier to do drive thru than parking
First, this stated that I posted a year ago! It's 1/23/2020!!!!!! Fillet O Fish--- half slice of cheese and cold. Second day of curbside service and the cars stretched around the building so curbside is SUPPOSED to avoid the line! The car that pulled in behind me left before I got my food. When I asked why, she said that I ordered a lot of fries!!! I ordered 2 meals and a Happy Meal!!
Highly disappointed. I went into the store with my boyfriend for a doordash and wanted a smoothie. Three people looked at us and nobody came up to us as we waited at the register. About 5-10 minutes later I decided to just use the kiosk. We waited another 5 minutes at the pick up station and finally someone asked if we were picking up an order. He then was yelled at by another employee. Soon the manager came in and this is the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. He came in and got everything done, but only on his own! He wasn’t telling anyone what to do or trying to reorganize things, but he at least was getting everything done on his own which is wonderful for him but also extremely stressful. I think the employees need to be trained more and should take fast food as fast food.
Food is as you'd expect. It's fast food. Decent quality for decent price. Honestly it's the service that is killing my rating. Ordering inside the place is fine up until your food is done. Instead of calling out order numbers it's just shouts of what food it is at the pick up window. A place known for people ordering burgers and fries as a basic isn't going to have a fun time when a shout of 'large fries' is called into a full room of people who then all awkwardly stare between each other to see who is going to grab for it cus they all ordered the same thing. The order numbers are there to help with this very thing and prevent both misplaced orders and jams. It should be used better. That being said, the staff were hard at work and trying thier best. No complaints with them.
I wish I could rate 0 stars. I typically don’t leave reviews especially negative ones but after years, this place finally deserves one. This Mc Donald’s is in my town and it’s only a short drive from my home so we often come here. Whenever I order a burger from here it is ALWAYS made incorrectly. Double cheese burger, no mustard, no pickles, extra onions. Pretty simple right? It’s always correct on the screen and when it’s not, I kindly correct them. But every time the food is made and given to me, it’s incorrect. The sad part is the staff working is typically older teenagers or young adults in their 20s basing off appearance. Everyone makes mistakes, I get that it. But when it’s consistently incorrect, that’s frustrating. What’s prompting me to write this review is my experience I had today. I told the girl at the window my order was incorrect. She apologized and told them she needed a new burger. I hear her tell them the order. She said it correctly. The new burger was STILL made incorrectly. I just don’t understand. I’m thinking next time I want some Mickey D’s, I might take a trip to uxbridge which is double the time it takes to get to the one in town. Hopefully they’re better
