“Id like an italian chicken sandwich with spicy chicken, lettuce and tomato, meal and an order of onion rings” No lettuce. No tomato. No onion rings. I go in to ask for what I paid for but did not receive and this is what I get. Lettuce butts, didnt even have the decency to wash the dirt off them. Not to mention the beard hair in my girlfriends sandwich. This happens every single time I come to this location. If they were busy I might understand but there was one person in the lobby and 4 orders on the screen. Ive worked fast food, there’s no excuse for this it’s just laziness and poor quality control.
They actually have Jr whoopers at a good price. I got 2 jr's w/ cheese and a small mozzarella 4 piece for just over 6 bucks. I didn't get any drinks but still not a bad snack on the go.Food: 3/5
Want to give a shout to the workers at this BK. This week I had the displeasure of seeing a woman with her animal kids all but try to destroy the dining area. Her kids were even trying to steal from a donation set up. The workers politely asked the mom and children to respect the restaurant, the property, and patrons. The clueless mom had the nerve to say "kids will be kids." Animal mom also threatened staff for politely asking kids to stop running around, destroying property and putting people at risk. I got up and left asap. Could not deal with the noise or lack of parenting. People like this need not have kids. Get your tubes tied, have the snip and spare the public from your spoiled, woke nonsense.
Tasted good. Only problem is the first time I went there which was jan/26/2023 yesterday. My stomach immediately started hurting after I was done eating. Then I realized THEY SERVE BAD FOOD THERE. IF YOU WANT FOOD POISONING GO TO THIS BURGER KING IN WHITINSVILLE MA.
Very supportive of this Burger King. I try not to get fast food often but if I do come to this specific BK I know the service is phenomenal. Very nice folks. Food is overpriced but I understand this economy is not great and this branch cannot dictate prices.
Don't waste your time at this BK. The service and the food is trash. I keep giving them a chance and they fail almost every time. This is the last time I go to this BK. After telling me to wait at the drive through just for another person to come and order at the other speaker and jump ahead of me.Food: 1/5
Since when are French fries, Onion rings ?? They do not even sound the same. Onion Rings are circular/oval sometimes, but not linear . Also I believed them when they said "sauce is in the bag". I ordered nuggets. But just got the grease with know sauce to cut it.
At this visit, the dining area was dirty, soda machine was filthy, trash on the floor. Poor service at the counter. Mistakes made with a simple order. And the food was terrible. Fast food done poorly.Food: 1/5
Visited on 12-12-22 the "new manger," as he called himself, was not only rude but unhelpful and Unaccommodating.... he told me that because he couldn't read one of the 4 nunbers on a coupon that was mailed to me, there was nothing he could do... now, if he has been kind about it, I wouldn't have written this review... however, he was rude about it.. Maybe, you need another "new manager" I find it hard to believe there was "nothing he could do" just look up the coupon in your system maybe.....
So I ordered a double stack the equivalent of 2 wappers stacked on top of each other with bacon and more Oriented with the sauces... They handed me a go is a double cheeseburger. That's not even close to what I ordered . Anna was significantly overcharged
