It was McDonald's. Not the happy fun loving McDonald's from our youth but more like the brooding 20 some year old from the '90s mcafe. What have you done? But we still love you.Food: 5/5
Food is typical as I haven’t had this location mess up my orders but I had gone inside after the renovation for a quick snack and am disgusted at the cleanliness in the restaurant. Dirty floors, receipts thrown about, every table is covered in crumbs and garbage. Overall is a bad first experience.
Well, another failed attempt to get a correct order from this MacDonald’s location. So far, they’re batting 1000. Cold fries, root beer instead of coke, onions and cheese when specifically asked to exclude both, wrong sauce with chicken orders, wrong burger…the list is endless. Today, I asked for more sauce because one is not enough for 10 nuggets. She actually said no! Unbelievable. It’s not like I walked in off the street and asked for a free sauce. I spent my hard earned money to eat here. Let’s add horrible customer service to our list. It’s a game now. Can they actually ever get it right? Who cares. We’re hostages. It’s the only McDo for 50+ km.
I wish I could give this McDonald's a better rating because my granddaughter loves going here however, it has been so long since we have been able to actually go into the restaurant itself that I can't. This restaurant has been undergoing renovations for months so there is only drive-through service available currently. I can't give a 4 or 5 star rating of a restaurant that is unavailable for indoor seating.
This place is useless not one person speaks English they never ever get my dam order right. This has got to be the 4th time I ordered snack wraps and got grilled wraps not to add when they put my food in the bag every single time the put my fries in the bag sideways and then they are dumped out in the bag. All those renovations to the place but still can't do there dam job
Snotty woman working the drive through.... we asked for extra ketchup... she said "it's in the bag" very rudely. Guess what? No frickin ketchup at all. Thanks for nothing.
First visit but food was cold, the restaurant inside was dirty. Second visit food cold again from drive though! This is a inspection food safety issue! As a customer should I bring a thermometer to check if the food I order is food safe?
Yet another review about how slow this place is 30 minutes tonight to get one meal. Time someone gets fired, cost you more in gas waiting then your meal
It was typical McDonald's. Cold fries and a soggy burger. The station where you get your drinks was dirty.... you would figure during these times cleanliness would be priority. I ate in the car.
If you have two lanes on drive through please use them both. People shouldn’t have to ask if any ones there when I’m at the second lane and the other is moving constantly. The last two times I was here for a coffee I had to keep asking if anyone was there because I waited 10-15 minutes in line and really had to get back to work at that point.
