Ordered a box and 2 peices of chicken. And waited for over 30 minutes for it, mean while a group left with a bucket, and another group left woth 3 combos. They hadn't shown up until about 15 minutes after I had. Completely unacceptable. If i wait this long for food it should atleast be hot. My fries were ice cold which just goes to show how long it was sitting

Chicken appeared to be recooked or reheated. It was dark brown and greasy. TERRIBLE. A day later I am sitting at home sick as hell. Spent all day in and out of the bathroom when I should have been at work. Can you say food poisoning?.... Will never go back.

They mess up the order every time. They don't speak English, and it takes 5 staff members standing in a circle to solve a problem. Just awful.
My mom went through your drive through shortly before 5pm and ordered 2 large popcorn chicken. Came to $28. Her not knowing the error got home with 2 small. Even those weren't even full. What kind of a business are you running in Antigonish? They didn't even give her a receipt! I have never been so furious with any fast food location in my life. Almost $30 she pays and got 2 half empty kids sizes or something?! Even worse we live 55 minutes from town so we couldn't even return. Does this place not have a manager or supervisor monitoring what goes on here?
Employees were very Ignorant. Went tho drivethu and ordered. Got wrong sandwich. went inside to fix, and they still make it wrong. Then blamed my fiancé saying she didn't say that. Then when I went back, they got very rude and ignorant. Highly do not recommend going their.
This restaurant does one thing. All day. I’m mystified why its beyond their abilities to prepare decent fried chicken. KFC can be such a treat when it’s done well. It’s not done well here, and it’s soooo not worth the cash or calorie splurge. This was my second visit and it was an exact repeat of the first experience last summer. We arrived at 5:30pm - a time you’d expect fresh food - right? and paid almost $30 for two disappointing meals. We received tiny pieces of chicken with shredded, wet skin not just soggy - the skin was actually wet and gooey! shrouding rubbery, tough, flavourless meat. The side of cold fries made this dinner even more depressing. I can only assume the food had been hastily prepared and sat under a poorly tended, tepid heat lamp for a very long time before it was shovelled into a bag for us. The consistently atrocious food will keep us from giving this location another chance. I will wait to enjoy my next KFC meal at a location where the owner takes some pride in what they do.
Never eat hear or the Burger King attached. Ordered over priced chicken that tasted and looked like it was sitting all day. Warp fell apart as I was trying to eat it had to throw out half of it as it wasn't edible. But mostly I wouldn't eat here again after I watched the staff member drop a pair of tongs on the floor, then rise under water ONLY and put back on the counter to use. Then he washed his hands with water and no soap. Absolutely disgusting.
Well it's been 6 months since I was an angry upset customer here leavin 1star for good reason, BUT, I have ordered here about 12 times in a row without One Issue!! FAST!!! Hot!!! Fresh & Delicious!! Customer Service, Excellent This KFC heard the complaints and Worked Really Hard to do better, I see it over and over. They are doing a complete turnaround and I'm here for it, well done.
