Way too much syrup in sweet iced tea. Tastes like pure sugar. Very gross. Also too much sauce on the spicy chicken deluxe. Basically thrown together like a salad. So much sauce I couldn't see or taste anything else
Nowadays, you can't go to most stores without being asked to sign up for credit. Fast food is also catching on to this bad habit a whole lot more after covid. You go to the drive-through, and the first thing they ask is if you will be using the mobile app. If we were using the mobile, which is the way they get more "success", we would tell them, I would think. Not only that, but now they fast food restaurants are getting worse at legal aggressive panhandling by asking EVERYONE to "donate". They are already required by law to donate from their fortune but have figured out how to make us pay for it. It just gets annoying. Prices are already sky high! Besides, how much of that really goes to charity... It's about time I stop eating out.
Use your McDonald's app & and if you don't have the app, get it ASAP, you'll save lots of money! The store is very kind when you order, and if you don't know how to order, when you use the app, just let them know! The French fries here, are the best in the US!Food: 5/5
It was packed thought I was in for a long wait but was surprised got my order fast and hot. The two that got my order were very nice. Will go again busy or notFood: 5/5
I ask for a large cup of ice and that I will pay for it and the person that takes order doesn't put it in and when get to 2nd window, they are hesitant to give me my large cup of ice. The woman, MARIA does this everytime. Multiple times, she says NO. But a co-worker will get the cup of ice for me.Food: 3/5
Drive thru experience only this first visit. 8/17 Very efficient service. Had a Southwest salad with chicken and it was nice size and tasty. Update 8/29/18 Ate inside this visit. Nice and clean. Had a burger and fries that were standard McDonald's. Huge line at drive through. It was much faster service inside.
Unless you want damage to your vehicle, avoid the drive thru. Not to mention the employees are rude, the manager does not care about his stores safety for the guests, and they missed most of my order. The drive thru is so iced over that vehicles are getting stuck, and when they become unstuck the block of ice throws the backend of your vehicle towards the wall of the building. I watch two almost accidents occur in the 30 minutes I was waiting in line to have my order taken. Yes 30 minutes just to get my order taken. Very dangerous. I asked to speak with the manager to inform him of the issue in the drive thru, I got a smirk and a thank you. Clearly he has no intention of fixing that problem.
Didn't take my McDonald's app code, not enough Ice-cream in my ice cream cone, and half filled container of fries. This did happen but I can be bribed to remove mcd's.Food: 3/5
Terrible customer service. Placed a mobile order, the order went through, but there was an error with the app. Money was taken from my account. I tried to resolve, but the manager essentially said there was nothing he could do. He did not have a phone number for me to call and had no card for me to contact anybody else and treated me with no professionalism whatsoever, acting like I caused the problem.
This place is a hit or miss I asked for a vanilla shake no whip crème they put it anyway I said no whip crème they scrape it off and give me the same shake with hair around the cup update just found a piece of hair in my fries I’m done with this location
