If I order a large , Why can’t you fill it to the top? But the black family in front of me can get smoothies and their filled to the top. So I’m not black , I can’t get the same treatment from black female manager with short hair . When I asked to get a Mc flurry instead of half a strawberry milk shake , I’m given another half portion and then asked to pay a $1 difference from shake to flurry .. so I paid ! And then noticed the mic flurry was still a half portion ! I’m not asking for anything extra. I just want a full portion of what I paid for . Now On the smoothies I’m given a Med in a large cup. But I paid for a LARGE. I didn’t ask for a reimbursement . Just give me what I ask for !!!!!! And not give me attitude. I didn’t give no attitude , Nor played the black card, I’m not black. But if I was black. Would my food be better prepared. MAYBE!!!!
20 minutes waiting in the drive through and still haven’t ordered anything. If it was for me I’d go somewhere else that has better speed and service. But my kids beg me to stay waiting in line for them. I’ve been a customer service manager for McDonald’s for a couple years. I have never seen service or speed like this. It’s so Irritating ........ update I went again tonight and got 2 drinks not hard to mess up and a McChicken and double cheese. they couldn't even get this right. Management needs to fix the staff! this store is becoming sad to go to. I rather travel a little further to get what I pay for and get better service!!!!
20 min wait for a few breakfast sandwiches. Dining area was completely empty, when asked if they had my order the older woman, who I’m assuming is the manager proceeded to rip the receipt from my hand. Another five min wait and a tray with my order is practically thrown at me. No apology, no thank you. As a long term McDonalds share holder I could not be more disappointed.
I have gone to the drive through at this McDonalds about ten times I would say. I do not think they did my order correctly a singular time. Last time I asked for a plain cheeseburger with JUST bacon, and they could not complete such a minuscule task even after confirming my order about four times. I would never recommend this place to anyone, the workers simply do not care.
You have never seen anyone move so slow and still be considered moving. Seriously! Then, when we got our food 24 min I asked if he was sure there were 6burgers in the bag. He assured me there was. Get to the car… nope 4 burgers. He also put all three large fries into the bag upside down. After that long wait, the food was lukewarm.. at best! Complete waste of money and we still have hungry kids in the car. You’d be better off closing this McDonald’s then keep it open and drag the name down.
Nuggets are good, just remember to put the meat on my big mac next time.
It was the first time I went to a MC Donald's and I was super well attended by a guy called Lucas, helpful and polite. For more workers like that, do your best at what you do. God bless this kid.
Went here on a Friday afternoon, ordered at the kiosk. Food was served 25mins after paying. Pretty long wait for a fast food service and the drinks weren't even full to the brim. The server was nice though.Food: 5/5
Where do I begin! I ordered a seltzer with my food, they had to put is a sprite for reasons only they know and of course I was very suspicious of it, so I immediately tasted the drink, and long and behold it wasn’t a seltzer! I asked for seltzer again and tried to give sprite back… to the very upset window lady, she went to consult with the person who took the order. The next thing I see is two of the ladies are making my seltzer, and I was very assured that they got it! And drove away, only to find out that I got sprite again… I decided not to press the issue longer and just left….
So this morning I called this McDonald's, and asked what time they served breakfast to, I was told 11am. I reached there about 10:40, just to be told, they're not serving breakfast anymore, because they have ran out, So you mean to tell me they won't have breakfast tomorrow. Now I remember why I stopped going to that McDonald's before it was remodeled.
