This time was a bit better than usual however I ordered medium drinks with our food drive through and they handed me a small. I asked if these were medium and he said "yes" and asked me to pull forward to wait for food. When a different kid brought out my food I asked again and he said "no they weren't mediums, they were smalls", so he went back in to get my drinks, which I appreciated.
They can almost never get the entire order correct, #7 its 2 cheeseburgers I order no pickles and no onions and nearly every time I get home and find at least 1 of the burgers sometimes both have onions on it. Also the fries are hit or miss sometimes they are good and others they are soggy or don't seem freshFood: 2/5
took kids there play room was actually clean! way to go! last time was nasty. over all place was clean onto the inside including bathrooms. food service was good. food was decent
Why do I order a Mcchicken with no mayo, add ketchup, add cheese and instead get a cheeseburger with no onions. Also had to go back in to get my fries that were forgotten. Didn't go back in for the cheeseburger because I didn't notice it till I got home which is my fault but it's not my fault that I ordered a mcchicken and was given a cheeseburger amongst other problems with mine and my family's meals.
I’ve lived in Reedsburg my whole life and when I moved out of Reedsburg I said this place will hopefully get better. I can say i am very disappointed in this location for not only getting the meal wrong but when correcting it they gave us the wrong drink yet again. Either get better workers that know how to read and present an order or don’t have them working. Mind you they asked us what we ordered to verify they would get it correct and still got it wrong.
Have it your way that's an understatement. Learn respect. Keep the restrooms clean didn't COVID show you something. Next to Godliness is what cleanliness. Stop serving cold food my stomach can't take that. Stop putting salt on my fries. Ask before acting. Feed me right the good clean way.Food: 3/5
Normally they’re good. But why is it that when I ask for and PAY extra for Oreos in my McFlurry I don’t get it? And when I say it doesn’t look like it’s extra I get attitude???
Always dirty dining room and the red headed manager said they only clean it at night. Cold fries and size of sandwich has shrank but price has risen. Hope they have to close.
The food was excellent, I was able to bring my service dog in there with no hassle, we had nice seating and the place is clean. The employees were very helpful and pleasant and gave service with a smile.
Kook, it's McDonald's, I don't expect 5 start service, but this is the WORST McDonald's EVER. These people really hate their job and even worse, the people they are serving.
