Before you go call and ask what they can make. Or when you go see what is available. I never go here anymore. There’s always something not in inventory or oven is broken. Who knows what’s wrong day to day. The staff are unprofessional. Food is not worth the price. The managers should just write out a menu every day that says “selling water only from the tap” every order is wrong, cold, or you wait 20 minutes. Shut down already.
Absolutely walked out of this location with my grandmother. We waited 10 minutes just for someone to come up and help another lady who was also dissatisfied and just to find out it was going to take us 30 minutes to even get chicken if things went on track. We have never known a kfc to have run out of chicken when that’s what’s advertised on your menu and what your known for. If this is how this location is run then maybe you need some new workers that have correct training.
If I could give no stars I would. Been here multiple times and they never have chicken ready. It's always 30 to 45 minute wait no matter what time of day. So I ordered online 3 hours in advance and went to pick it up and they said they never received it. Yet on the app it said the order was ready for pick up. This is pathetic. And to anyone who thinks about eating the taco bell I would refrain. Unless you want to be camped out in your bathroom from an hour after you eat until a day and a half later.
I came and got dinner tonight and there was 4 people working and the girl at the register was busting her but and 2 of them were sitting on their phones. They had no chicken no biscuits.i waited 25 minutes for a 8 piece 2 mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese Very poor management.
Ordered 12 piece meal with 3 large sides. Mashed potatoes had 2 spoonfuls and the gravy has 2 spoonfuls in the large container. Called the manager to ask about it. She claimed they put 2 ice cream scoops in each. Very disappointing, won't go there again!!!
Staff stared at me for a couple minutes before sauntering over to take my order. When I ordered extra crispy, was told it’d be 14 minutes. After 20 minutes I approached the counter, and staff suddenly sprang into action, bagging my order and tying it shut. Drove 28 minutes home only to find out there were no biscuits. Called the store, and was told that “the oven burned up a while ago, and there were no biscuits.” Asked if the price was discounted because of their problem, and was told “there were signs posted all over the restaurant” re: the great biscuit debacle, and I should’ve gotten cookies. I said that there weren’t any signs out front, and I’d think the cashier could be said something at the very least. It turns out there were no cookies either, and when I told them that, staff hung up on me. To top it off, my wife tasted the coleslaw, and said it doesn’t taste right. Upon tasting, I find that it tastes spoiled. Absolute trash attitude, and trash food. Hate to think that it cost me $35 to find out I’ll never go back. F’ing joke of an operation. Edit: I finally went to eat, and there’s only 7-pc of chicken in the 8-piece meal I bought. Missing a wing of course my preference. Apparently counting pieces of chicken is also an issue. It was less than 10, so it’s not like they needed their toes to complete the task… If I could leave zero stars, I would.
Nope never again. Been there twice in last 2 months once out of chicken and 2nd time told wait was at least 30 minutes fir chicken. Both times no biscuits either.
Got there around 5:00 pm no chicken ready 20 minute wait no self service drinks no ketchup or sauces ,only jelly.Food: 4/5
If 0 stars was an option, yeah that bad! I understand inflation and prices going up on everything. Prices were not the issue with this restaurant! When you order your food drive thru only after 7pm you drive up towards the window and watch the employee playing with their hair and face while getting your drinks ready, grabbing your napkins and different sauces. You notice these things when you have to wait 20+ minutes. Then when you open the bag and discover only about half of the tacos were wrapped up, the rest just thrown in the wrapper and in the bag, the hard shell tacos dumped out into the bag, not 1 piece of meat on the nachos bell grande! Call the store and ask for corporate information, got that and asked for the store number and that's when the manager on duty tried manipulating the conversation and got very rude, even saying "oh yeah, you're the hick guy that just came through." Tacos all rolled up, smaller than a breadstick and told they are corporate portion size. My wife and I love KFC and Taco Bell very much but we will never, ever spend a dime in the Reedsburg, Wisconsin location! Most disregard for customer service and service of food at a fast food place in my life!
Clean dining room, fast service, good fresh food! Had to ask for receipt or would be 5 *
