Whats the point of ordering food from here if they can't get it right? Waited in line for over 25 minutes and didn't even get our complete order. Definitely will be going to the one on the other side of town, maybe they'll do better and have better customer service. Hell even be faster.
I've always had a great experience here, and if something went wrong it was fixed in a timely and kind manner. I tell everyone to come here because its that great of a place
Die to labor shortages, high volume, and clearly newly trained people we had a horrible experience. I don't blame the mcdonalds team, they normally do a great job. But having to wait over 35 minutes for curbside pick up is way too long to tolerate. Our government needs to get out of the way so our businesses can thrive again.
Late night food run. Not very fresh or tasty. No straws for the drinks and slow to deliver the food.

Service was not to slow but there was a grill paper for no cheese on the daily double with cheese. Due to an allergy it went in the trash with no time left on lunch to correct it. I did check the bag at the window saw the grill instructions and assumed the person knew what no cheese meant.frustrating...
This location always has very unprofessional customer service. Employees have no idea of the items available via Mobile orders and more often than not the food is subpar. Only place to go after 10pm unfortunately...
