Great ice cream. Just needs be open later 9pm is like early. Most other ice cream places 10 or even 11.
Staff was amazing and very efficient, for being teens. 1 line 2 windows, line always moves fast. Weekday specials posted outside. Fruity breeze dipped cones on promo. Parking lot is always clean.
Staff was kinda rude. Like it was so hard to answer my question if the Moo latte's have actual coffee or coffee flavoring. Was also rude when I asked for Extra Malted milk in my malt and he realized he was making a shake. Got rude with me because of his mistake.
Unbelievably fast service. About 15 people in line so we almost didn't stop. We're glad we did as the wait was o ly about 3 minutes. The cold treats? Fantastic!
Maybe the girl was a new hire? I bought a Carmel shake, and it like drinking flavored milk. No ice cream? I didn't throw it away and I don't want the girl to get in a jam. I bought a blizzard last week and it was Great!!
This place was cool. I had to get out and order. Been a long time for that. Most are drive thru. Nice employees.
Ice cream selections are real good, always fresh and tastes great. Wish they served chili dogs though but at least we have Dairy Queen.
My only beef with the Houghton Lake dairy Queen as they do not give free pup cups with a purchase. I probably will not go back to the Houghton Lake dairy Queen because of that.
Busy place and genius location by the beach. Prices are good and service is fast. Only drawback is my ice cream was barely frozen so I had to eat it fast. Its understandable given it was 95 outside and I'm sure they had cranked through a lot that day and were struggling to keep up. Lines get long and slow because the people take a long time deciding not the servers. As we were ordering the people who just ordered in front of us got theirs. Looking in through the windows the inside looks nice a clean. Other than backing up a line onto the street, its a great place on a hot day
