I don't think this McDonald's has ever messed up my order and I've been there at least 20 times in the past four years. East Wenatchee always seem to mess something up. My most recent visit was in the morning and I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit mashed together with an egg McMuffin, without half of the biscuit and muffin. It was good, same McDonald's as ever. It's sad you can't eat inside. I stood outside by the building and dined. I think I had a coffee also which was a little subpar, if I had to complain about anything. It's newly renovated in the past few years? and kept fairly clean. Not ecstatic about the customer service but I don't expect much these days. I would recommend and will be back.
The Wenatchee store always seem to shut down every night around 10pm -11pm leaving more than 8 or 9 cars in drive through just to sit& wait, no way out of drive-through. Or way you pick up mobile orders. I sat at drive-through order for 15 min With no explanation, Could not pick up mobile order Because they close the lobby. Generally around this time their ice cream machine always becomes "down" .. you can't get any cold desserts. *East Wenatchee store more prompt on orders and has full menu usually. Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple parking spaces up front. Easy access to the building.
Cold limp fries. Cold hamburger. The cheese was not even melted. Could you even put it in a microwave and warm it up? I mean a heat lamp would have been asking a lot I know… but 10 seconds in a microwave would have brought out a better sandwich.
I ordered curbside right. Entered the spot I was in and I waited almost 20 min before I went inside and had to go get it. Hope this helps the next person that thinks they will get their food quicker through curbside.Food: 4/5
Good food, and well made. Can be kinda difficult to get anyone's attention when you are picking up or waiting in general. Tends to close an hour or two early making you go through the drive thru which I would not recommend unless you want to be there for the better part of an hour.Food: 4/5
This is my second bad experience with this store. This time I was in the drive thru and it was 8 mins to 11 and they refused to take a lunch order. I can understand to a point but 8 mins isn't the place where managers should be taking a stand on not serving food.
Got a medium fry and the fries tasted like nasty chemicals were dumped on them. I feel super sick now. Will not ever eat there again.
Bad communication and training. I ordered a cheeseburger meal and looked to find that my burgers had no cheese... So I told a worker, she took them and they put them in hamburger wrappers... HAMBURGER WRAPPERS for my CHEESEBURGERS. So I told them NO, I ordered CHEESEBURGERS. So they took them again and slapped some cheese on them.. I really should've demanded for some new burgers. I worked at McDonald's before and it's not hard to make. Hell, I should've went back there and made them myself... I would've been much faster...
Received wrong items and food was old and cold. Save yourself and just go to Wendy's where the food is always perfect and your order is always right. It's the same price!Food: 1/5
How they make over $15 a hr is beyond me. They must think they are building a rocket ship in the kitchen. Just because you don't want something on one meal doesn't mean you dont want it for all the meals.... By far one of the worst places to spend money.Food: 1/5
