I finally decided to use the App. I downloaded it in the parking lot and right away I was offered a free large fry for a $1 purchase. I should have downloaded this App a long time ago! I got a large Fry and Large Coke for a dollar. And the process is simple using the app.Food: 5/5
Why is a soft drink not included with the meal? $8.99 for a ten piece nugget meal w/o a drink before tax, then an additional buck for a beverage? And they don't even ask the size of the beverage? I don't believe any other McDonalds I go to charges separate for the drink.
Very fast curbside service. I ordered on the app while I was about to pull in, by the time I parked and put my spot number in, I think maybe 60 seconds passed before I had my food! Love the quick service on the way to work. Parking: Next to the highway, unlimited parking essentially
For McDonald's, the fries were crispy, but soft, and my burgers was correct, even with all my add-on's, etc. The building, however... Dirty tables and drink area, just needed to be wiped over. But please, do not stop here to use the restroom. All of the stalls/urinals had stains or were broken, etc. As a part of my road trip, I wasn't happy but did what I had to. The employees kind of work together in pace, but it's right even though it takes a bit longer to stop a this location. Free wifi though!
My daughter and I ordered with only one person ahead of us. Took almost a half hour to get food. They were solely working the drive thru and didn't care about dine in customers. Very sad and I'm sure just like everywhere else they were short staffed. Don't dine in unless you have a lot of time.Food: 4/5
This location has gone so severely downhill in the last couple of months. Longer lines, longer wait times, consistently messing up orders. The staff used to be helpful and friendly. The new staff they’ve hired is just horrendous.
Drive thru for iced tea. Paid, went to pickup window. Last inside knocked the cup over, righted it and proceeded to fill and prep it. So disgusted just drive off. Am enjoying iced bottled tea from GetGo and watching movie at home.Food: 1/5
This McDonald’s is in the business of stealing from their paying customers in the form of not placing all paid for food in the bag. It was my mistake for not checking and trusting in incompetent employees to do the mindless work. Never again will I spend a single cent in this business.
After ordering an iced coffee I sat behind 1 car for 10 minutes to pay finally got to pay 1 step closer to a delicious drink. Sat another 10 minutes behind again 1 car. Finally arriving at the pick up window only to be told there is a 10 minute wait for coffee. I asked for a refund. Waited another 5 minutes for them to bring me back a refund which they didn’t even get that right. Shorted me on a refund. I told the person at the window and she said I’ll be right back. At this point I was not going to waste any more time and drove off with no coffee or a full refund. This experience was horrendous and the manage working 7/5/2022 should be embarrassed. **Update** They did rectify some of the issues. I cant go above 3 stars because it still was a bad experience that day but I do appreciate the effort and communication received. Thank you!
Very clean restaurant with a friendly efficient staff. Our breakfast order was ready quick , accurate and delicious.
