Always good food here and super fast. The number 12 is my favourite and their salt and vinegar chips are extra crunchy and yummy. The subs are so fresh and good that I ate it before I had a chance to take a photo. Eat here if you like subs!!!!

Unprofessional service, staff unattentive...placed order in drive thru, repeated order 3x, order was incorrect, entered store to get correct order, no apology for incorrect order, was asked if I wanted them to hand me cheese and I place it on sandwich myself weird or if I would like them to make the sandwich as ordered. I asked that they make it as I requested and was told to throw away the incorrect sandwich because they could not take it back, informed clerk that I would not throw it away and waited for my correct sandwich. Was told "it's trash regardless" weird. This was not a fast, accurate, or pleasant experience. I will not return to this location, and will urge anyone choosing to patronize this location to absolutely check their order before leaving the store so their time isn't wasted like my time was today.

Online order for dinner myself and coworker never received the order. We had no dinner that evening at work.Had to file dispute with my bank to get my money back and never have heard anything from customer service. Went in to speak to the 12 year manager and that is exactly how she acted. She had no concerns with my issue nor any concern on trying to fix the problem . Last time I order from them not because the order got missed but because of the lack of customer concerns.

Was super impressed with the drive-thru! Incredibly fast, really nice employees. I will be returning again! Great for a quick, healthy bite to eat.

They do not listen. When asked if they cold cut the sub, they refused and gave me a plastic butter knife? Haha. Messed up my order because they decided to start making my sub before I was done ordering

Cold sandwiches, hard bread, but friendly employees! This was our very first time going to Jimmy John's, the employees welcomed us as we walked in, very nice and friendly! They were helpful and explained their menu, they did not rush us, and told my wife and I to take our time in ordering! So, this wasn't a bad experience, the food just wasn't warm, and the bread was very hard, hurt my wife's mouth while trying to eat it! I always try to be very positive with my reviews, and want to compliment the employees with their attitudes, but we were not impressed with the sandwiches!

The food is fresh and extremely tasty. I have tried a lot of sub stations, but this is by far the best. The bread is soft and original, the meats are fresh, and that Kickin' ranch with those chips are everything!!!

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. The location on the app shows they close at 10 and it let me place an order and it says pick up as soon as possible. I show up and wait by the speaker for about 5 minutes with no answer. I decide to drive to the window & let them know im there. I show up and a girl comes out but before she opens the window, I hear her talking to her co-worker, yelling and saying “IF WE DONT ANSWER IT MEANS WE CLOSED” she then opens the window and rudely says they’re closed. I tell her I have a mobile order then she gets the manager and the manager basically tells me to kick rocks. I ask if they can cancel or at least tell me how to and she just says that she doesn’t know. I ask her to give me the customer service number so I can call and cancel it and she says that she doesn’t know it. Absolutely useless and rude. The store would operate better if they had robots working there.

Great Service! Even during lunch time and despite a lot of people being there they were fast with getting me my food. I specifically want to say how amazing and professional the woman with the pink hair was, even with her seemingly having a rough day. Highly recommend! Will be back.
