i was enjoying my meal until i found dead bugs in the window very much lost my appetite and left right away i will never be returning to lake geneva mcdonald’s because of these nasty dead bugs

These people provide excellent service! If there's a line of cars at the drive through, no worries, these people are fast, polite and friendly

Always busy which is a good think but not enough parking and drive through is a very long wait time.

The manager saw us and took our order before she had to close to unload the truck because of lack of staff. It was very nice of her.

Very poor service. Very slow and working bare minimum employees. Waited 30 minutes for my food and never saw it. Manager was rude when I politely ask about my order. I ended up getting no food but was refunded my money.

This McDonald's food taste so much fresher than any NC Donald's I never ate at. Had a wonderful girl wait on me and her name is Jaylah. Go here and see for yourself if the food is better than any ordinary McDonald's.

One of the best McDonalds I have been to. Good customer service, the McDonalds food you expect, and cheap prices.

Go here for breakfast and they have the nicest drive thru crew Jackie is super sweet and genuine
