The cooks should be fired! Management was nice but this kind of food should not be served. Asked for it without pickles and ended up with pickles 9n both sandwiches. Chicken was hard and dry and burnt buns
Took my family here after a baseball game and food was greasy, over cooked, all of it. Fries were over cooked, chicken was so greasy the napkins were dripping. I just hope my stomach makes it the rest of the day. I didn't eat but a few bites before trashing it.
Ordered our food but, we didn't get any eating utensils or napkins. Food good.
Ordered food at the drive thru....the order if food was hot and exactly what I ordered. The woman who was at the window was pleasant, thanked me for stopping and wished me a good day.
This location reduces the standards of kfc. They take a long time to serve and always in chaos and confusion even when 8 employees are working.
We were there when it opened so food was fresh and yummy.
There were two vehicles in front of me in drive thru, and the first vehicle waited 15 minutes, which delayed me even longer. Plus, my wife's order was incorrect.
