McDonald's

Their recent remodel of their lobby got rid of the self server soda fountain making the whole experience so much worse. Customers cant refill their drinks easily and now the limited employees working the lobby have to fill all drink orders slowing everything down. My first experience with this new set up they gave me dr.pepper instead of the Diet Coke I ordered and the one employee working the front was too busy with other customers for me to ask them to fix it. If you do want a refill you gotta wait till the 1 employee working the front isn't busy and ask them then wait for them to get a whole new drink wasting another plastic cup. Saw someone do that today while waiting to get my drink fixed and it was taking so long they just left and so did I. Makes customers upset and employees jobs harder. Definitely wont be coming here as much as I did before, such a horrible change.

Ive decided I'd rather drive to a different location JUST to get McDonald's. This location took out the drink station completely, and the young woman cashier with glasses, couldnt have been more than 15, was so incredibly rude and impatient. Ordering, she didnt want to listen to my order as she continued to bad mouth the customer that was served prior to me. I waited 20 minutes for my Large fry and Large drink, and would have continued to wait unless I went up to the counter. She then replied with a cocky attitude "it was already served" when I kept telling her it wasnt, she kept talking over me and said it was already served. As a young adult who once worked at the same McDonald's back in 2015, I was appaled by the behavior that was being allowed to occur behind the counter by this young woman and her coworker. The manager handled my order, yet this seems to be a constant issue at McDonald's. Sometimes us healthcare workers just want a lunch, not served with an attitude. Shape up Franklin McDonald's.

Well you bet to have a lot of time on your hands not only does the drive t move slow if you go inside it takes just a long but if you happen to go inside will we see a comedy show the complete grew including the manager are completely lost its a laugh I once was in the second drive thur and they kept getting the first line drive thur and never came to the second drive thur this McDonald's has definitely taken the fast out if fast food omg no lies stay away untill they fix all the issues

Rarely eat fast food, but this place is the worst McDonald’s around lol. Literally gonna wait in line forever and it’s always stale and gross

20 min wait for a lg drink lg fry and was told rudely by young cashier girls wearing orange hats and yellow vests that it was already delivered. Umm no it wasn't. Do better McDonald's

Posted hours state the dining room closes at 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights. I pulled up at 9:54pm to go inside and order/also pick up a DoorDash order and someone ran faster than I could get out of my car to hurry and lock the doors. A group of 3 teenagers who had walked far to come eat here were also trying to get in & they ended up not being able to eat because they didn’t have a car to sit in the drive thru. Drive thru line was 10 miles long also. Very poor management.

Good overall experience when I've used the drive thru for food on the run. Sometimes it is a little slow moving but that's about my only gripe.Food: 4/5

Been here several times, and it is the worst drive thru every morning. It almost seems like they don’t make your food until you pay first. This place needs new management asap.

Still can't get a coffee order of 2 correct. One was skim milk, one was cream...checkout employee could tell us which was which?!? "The other girl didn't label them?"...remake them please as ordered and PAID for

If I can get salt on my fries 3 consecutive times, i’ll change this review to 5 stars or take it down. Let’s see how long it takes
