Cashier was a young kid and very friendly and professional. Then I had a slight spill at our table and when I went to ask for some napkins another staff member came over and insisted on cleaning it up. She brought us new trays and cups and asked if I wanted anything prepared again. She was so sweet I felt compelled to write this review.
This location is awful. The total experience took over 20 mins just for chicken nuggets. I look in the window and everyone is just standing around. What appeared to be the manager, was snapchatting the Christmas decorations. The guy behind me sped away due to the wait. And on top of that, I was so angry, I hadn't noticed they never gave me my large drink, which wasn't cheap. Won't be going back to this location again... do better
I never going to Burger King again a Whopper meal large $16 and it was cold mozzarella sticks 8-piece cold nope I'll spend my money other places thank you
Fast in and out. Great customer service, I even received a free french fry coupon for being nice.
It was the worst service I have experienced. The food took way to long to be prepared and the chicken nuggets were over cooked.Food: 1/5
got the value meal 2 junior woppers people were nice but food was aweful.. very sad hate to see this kind of thing happen. was hoping to make these visits routine..
My experience was more of a 3.5 star experience. For fast food, this burger king does a good job. My only concern is that I never see large amounts of customers there. This could mean that the food might go bad later in the day. Although I do trust them enough to eat there. The staff is nice and treated me well, whoever the manager is is doing a good job.
Food was average, I think they rushed my order, there were no condiments on my burger, just patty and cheese and bacon, very dry. And the bathroom was filthy! I'm not one to complain about that usually, but it was gross. The server was friendly, though. He was very nice.
It's a very nice building; roomy and with a television. But I've been there 3 times in the last few months and the all of the hand sanitizer machines were empty each time. And it's not always as clean as I would like. The food is typical burger king food.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
I don't know why but it's just this Burger King, every time I order a 9 piece chicken fry there's always only 8. I can't tell if this is on purpose and a quick way to save supply and money or not. And when asked why a specific coupon on the mobile app is still shown but is not honored in store I was simply spoken over and told it was discontinued. The mobile app wouldn't let me process my order either. Update: Got the app to work twice now for this deal and the coupon works just fine. This employee was lying to me when he said it was discontinued. Terrible customer service on his part. Update 2: I was contacted by the owner and apologized to. I've also had better service this week than I had last week. So I'll keep my rating neutral now
