No matter what I order, there's always something wrong, something missing, cold old food. They never give you a receipt at thr drive-thru. This morning, my bagel is completly void of cream cheese and my coffee order is also wrong.

DIRTY AS HELL, staff is rude, the white and black guy didnt wanna give me a shawnia keychain for some reason with my order. They don’t mind their business, I was talking to my girls and they just hopped in our conversation by identifing something with attitude. I told my friend it was a chausson aux pommes but they interfered by screaming that it was a chausson aux fraises. Like bro mind yo business. Never coming back.

This place is disgusting. After paying 23$ for 2 breakfast trios my daughter had to go to the bathroom. The stall was covered in faeces. You’d think being a Fortune 500 company they could at least keep their bathrooms clean. Never going to this one again.

The staff and Manager are so rude, unprofessional, so negative environment. No customer service… they leave u there without talking to u for a long time. Also most important thing the washroom stinks my dine in transferred to a take out
