Amazing service from Chris and Andrew today. Our toilets backed up in the clinic and within an hour the tech was at the clinic and had everything working! Great customer service and thank you for taking care of what was a stressful matter!

Chris has always provided excellent service and is very knowledgeable in all the types of work he does. I have used McCance Plumbing & Heating's services for a number of years now and have recommended them to other people and those people have been very satisfied with their work too. I will continue using their services over the years and look forward to having them help me again when I need it most!

These guys came on short notice and finished the air conditioner disconnect so fast I couldn't believe they even started. They are fairly priced, fast, consistent and honest. It's is refreshing to know there are still businesses like this.

Horrible, would not recommend them. I had a small job that needed to be done and they didn't seem interested. After calling and mailing them 4 times they finally gave me a price. But then they never told me when the could do the job. They did not even get back to me at all.

Absolutely phenomenal. It is difficult to find reliable, competitive, skilled professionals in this industry. Very reasonable price and a fantastic and contagious attitude. Honest. Hard working. I'm going to be rather hard-pressed to find someone of their caliber in this town or the next. As a side note on the honesty, we had given them a 1000 dollar deposit a year at some point in the past on a major furnace job. We had entirely forgotten about this unused deposit and it could have been profitable and easy to simply forget to remind us of these unused funds. Nope, not with Chris. He kindly reminded us of the oversight and it saved us in a particularly tight financial situation. We hadn't seen him for about a year since this deposit was made. This act of tremendous honesty is enough for me to recommend McCance Plumbing & Heating to anyone within a 100 km radius. One wholeheartedly and enthusiastically gobsmacked pleased customer! Kent P.
