Jansen Plumbing LTD

We have used Jansen Plumbing and heating for two hot water tanks and a gas stove installation over the years. We have been more than satisfied with their service. One of the boys cut himself during the gas stove installation, and wouldn't leave until his brother arrived... went and got stitches and came back to help finish the job.

We have had two plumbing emergencies in the last few years and Jansen's handled both of them quickly and professionally. The first was roots two years ago and then all of our drains stopped working last week. Luckily it wasn't roots again, we had a trinity of unrelated blockages. Old galvanized pipes were replaced and everything was fixed up within 4 hours, first thing on a Monday morning. Thank you for the awesome service and prompt coordination with our landlady.

Called and was told there was no plumber. Then they take my details when I told them my hot water tank wasn't working...agreed to come out on double time and was asked to provide a credit card before they'd come. Pretty unhelpful and gouging in the middle of an emergency. The lady was quite rude.

Called to have a plumber come out and was told that no one was available. The receptionist told me to jiggle the red and white wires on my hot water tank and that should get it working again. FFS
