“Disappointed with the Quality of Fruits”nI’ve been shopping at Mayrand for a while, but the quality of their fruits has consistently let me down. The mangos I bought recently were either underripe and tasteless or overripe and mushy. This isn’t a one-time issue—it seems to be the norm here.
Great selection of bulk items. Lots of restaurant quality cooking ware. Interesting frozen section. Not always best prices but largely advantageous.
Best store ever. Stopped going to costco. Great prices on most items and they have things that you can't find in most other places!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!
Clearly a lack of respect from staff towards there clients.nnI find mayrand good for there pork. There beef is okay but it took a while to stop making thin steaks.There fruit and veggies section isn't consistent.i don't understand why they always move the store around.nnThe cashiers will toss your fragile fruit too. So be careful cause they'll simply tell you to go change them.
Typically, I have had decent experiences in this store. I don’t live close, so I have to make a special trip to visit, and I do when the flyer has specials that make it worthwhile. Unfortunately today I wasted an hour coming out here for the advertised beef tenderloin only to realize that it was utility grade. The grade should’ve been specified in the flyer. All this does is make me second guess Mayrand quality in the future. And that’s not helpful for anyone - client or storennEdit 2 weeks later: it happened again, so Mayrand’s response is BS. They don’t care. Downgraded to 1 star.
