I recently made a call to the mayor hotline for some type of direction in the local gas company MUD BEING ABLE TO CHARGE WHAT THEY WANT WHEN THEY WANT AND YOU HAVE NO CHOICE TO PAY IT BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY COMPANY IN TOWN WHICH I BELIEVE IS AGAINST THE LAW AND THE ONLY RESPONSE I RECIEVED WAS WELL WE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT THATS A PRIVATE COMPANY IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THE MAYOR REALLY DOENST CARE ABOUT THE CITIZENS OF THIS STATE

Brought two complaints to the hotline. The lady I talked to on the phone was incredibly nice. Was asking about how to get speed bumps on 75th and Burt. The city also has a section of chain-link fence on 77th and Cass that should've been replaced 10 years ago . It separates Cole Creek from Cass St on the North side. Could the city look into that for me? Robert

I volunteer at Skinner Magnet School as a Rotary Reader. I was driving home from our session when a pothole nearly swallowed my car whole. I called the mayor's hotline and gave them the cross streets, the following week I drove the same street and it was smooth and safe. Thank you for having a place to share concerns and for taking my concerns to heart.

I had one person who was kind to me at your hotline madam mayor but everyone else the past few days have been tremendously disrespectful and down right rude and still no Omaha City Detective has called me. I don't hold it against the Mayor but I'am a disabled American Veteran, a liturgical minister in the Catholic Church, and a former reserve police officer in Florida when I was only 21 years old. You need to get there stuff togeather for them Mayor. They are supposed to be public servants and only one of them was trying to help me. The police officers in the past have treated me very well but the detectives have ignored me regarding the homeinvasions I'am experiencing and the theft of property. Your Hotline gets one STAR from me.
