Office staff and Ms. Jackson were nice and professional. I can not say the same about the doctor. He never gave me his name, so I can only assume he's the doctor listed on the site. It took me over an hour for a pre-employment DOT screening. I sat over 20 minutes waiting for the doctor, who then came in and called me by the wrong name. Once I told him that wasn't me he was like "oh" and walked out of the room. When he came back with the correct paper work he acted as if he was fresh out of medical school and I was just a medical dummy. I know it's an employment screening but geeze. To work with people you need people skills. He filled out the incorrect information on my paperwork and sent me on my way like I was just a number. Unpleasant experience to say the least...

My 10 month old had a fever and hadn't been keeping fluids down but we waited for over 2 hours. While there was an older kid, probably around 6, who only had am ear ache who got seen first and only waited about 15 minutes. Apperently my baby wasn't emergent enough to get seen in a timely manner.

Two EMT's helped my family with our father. Mel and TJ Davis were great, they were professional, kind, patient in a situation that was far from easy. After their jobs were done they took the time to stop in to see make sure our mother was doing OK and provide us with more info on our fathers condition. These guys showed me that they truly cared. Great job guys, thank you!

This small hospital was the answer to a prayer. One person wrote a review indicating the hospital could not handle anything but a cold. This is far from it......I would trust these people with any medical emergency. The staff is MORE than attentive and caring for ANYONE with a medical problem. They work on you on arrival and don't sock you away in a room for a while. They have the staff, equipment and the know how. If you lived where I do, you would have to be shot or stabbed to receive this attention and your insurance would be the first question........Thank you Mayo for all that you do!!
