I had the worst experience ever at this hospital. I was there Oct. 19th around 10:30pm. The young girl at the door laughed at me as I was heaved over with the worst most concerning stomach pain I have ever experienced in my life. I told her what was wrong and she laughed. I then was escorted to the night nurse who did not introduce herself and demeaned my pain asking if it was just menstrual cramps. I am 34 years old and have had cramps since I was 12. NO it was not menstrual cramps. She then told me to dress down and give a urine sample. She put me on a bed and the doctor left me there for 2 hours in pain and agony. The nurse was around the corner listening to me suffer in pain and did not check up on me once. I would NEVER go to this hospital again no matter how much help I need. I AM HIGHLY disappointed.
Just want to say to all the ems .game wardens help Volunteers that really help.me sat afternoon at gulf hagas were I fell almost 3 story's off the cliff. I counted about 15 people. They were very helpful
On September 9th I took my son to Emergency room as he had a severe sore throat and a fever. The only reason I gave it a 2 was because the nurse was kind and professional. Long story short my son tested positive for covid, the Dr asked us if either one of us had been vaccinated? I told him that no neither of us had been vaccinated.I explained to the Dr that I had tested positive and that today was my day I was told I could leave quarantine. He then proceeded tell me as he pointed at me and told me I gave my 17 year old son covid and that un vaccinated people were the reason they did not have any beds available I feel it is a drs job to give his educated opinion on a matter but when did it become ok to pass judgment on someone's rights. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from someone in the medical field.
When my son started suffering from severe chest pains, I have to say that I was pretty apprehensive about taking him to this small, country hospital. I was pleasantly surprised when we were met by highly friendly, professional staff who treated him so quickly and with such a high degree of attention that it rivals much bigger med centers like MGH. Dr. Potvin could not have been better. He did not let my son leave until he ran all of the tests, read them in record time, and treated him. I am very appreciative of the care that he got.
Usually have issues getting in touch with anyone on the phone. This was the case last week when I tried to refill a prescription. The receptionist I finally did get to talk to was rude and stated that it wasnt her fault I couldnt talk to anyone before her. She also stated that the phone rings in both the Greenville and Sangerville offices at the same time - yet nobody could answer out of the times I called?
This is a terrible hospital. If at all possible, try to get to the Dover-Foxcroft location, had a much better experience there. CA Dean Greenville seems to be no more beneficial than a quick web MD search, just far more expensive.
very poor service during the week stay, place was dirty and looked like a crack shack. The only positive thing i can say is the extraordinary care i recieved over the weekend they where very professional. the food was great but the service sucked, sounded like they had more important things to talk about like what there families where doing after work in town rather than patient care, not a satisfied customer do not recommend it.
Excellent care! Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was quick as well
It's very close to home and everyone is pleasant.
