After a major surgery they did nothing but tylenol to control my pain it didn't help . they did give me some "pain ball " that hung around my neck and was supposed to meter out a numbing agent. they had it positioned wrong so my face and neck got totally numb but no relief for the shoulder. when i complained they said."pull the tube out of your neck and throw it away. i didn't like doing that. they also gave me s sling that they said was really important to wear for the next 6 weeks but after asking 5 different nurses not 1 knew how to put it on, in their defense it was really complicated. after trying at home for 2 days my wife and myself bought a normal one at walgreens. i'e seen different doctors and rnps for various problems but it always takes 3 visits to get anything done. my wife just went into the er for a headache and face pain. they couldn't find anything ,which is typical.on a second visit the next day they discovered her face covered with shingles they really should not of missed  that the first time.

We were traveling and our youngest daughter needed to be seen by urgent care. I called while driving, and the phone was answered by a real person - not an automated service which is unheard of these days. The receptionist was so wonderful - took our insurance info over phone which made for faster check-in. Scheduled an appointment for us, which was moved up once we actually arrived at the clinic. The nurses were so pleasant and even gave snacks to our girls! We had to visit the pharmacy on the way out and it was one of our quickest waits for meds of anywhere. While we hope to never need to visit again, we would gladly do so. Everyone was so kind & pleasant and accommodating to us.

Incompetent care, refusal to listen and help, OBGYN department needs to be shut down! I ended up going else where for care!
