Not a bad course. I would give it 3.5 stars if google let you. I played the white and blue nines. The course is fairly wide open so if you spray the ball then you can recover. I enjoyed holes 6, 7 and 8 on the white. On the blue I liked the first hole, see the photo below except for the massive willow tree blocking where your supposed to drive the ball, trim the tree back please!. I also liked the 5th and 6th holes too. I wish that you would register this course with golf Canada so that I could enter my score for my handicap. The greens were in fantastic shape. Some of the fairways were pretty rough/dead due to lack of rain this summer.
Great course for the price. Greens and course itself could be maintained a little bit better. Had maintenance working sprinkler on one of the holes during play which was weird and a bit annoying. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Would give it another shot but definitely not my first choice in the area.
Good price and relatively well maintained grass. Course layout is fun and challenging. Staff friendly. Really enjoy the course. Rough is not well maintained. Will come back here again with friends.
Good courses. Easy going staff. Wish they had GPS on the carts though.
Very unfortunate experience, in the middle of my round one of the grounds keepers felt as though I was in his way while he was cutting the grass so he took the liberty of kicking my ball out of his way right in front of me then tells me to hurry up. I’ve never been to a course where I’ve been so blatantly disrespected. I keep an active handicap and and play 100% true when I play. In no world should any one of the workers ever touch a players ball let alone kicking it 10 yards to the side, on top of that as I try and replace my ball to where it originally was he comes right back beside me within 2 yards while I’m trying to play my shot with his mower going full blast whoever that is needs a new career and a major ego check because obviously he thinks he is more important than the paying customers only to be cutting extremely mediocre fairways. Would absolutely not recommend this course to anyone and will never be back. Your workers need a reality check. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
This is one of the local courses in my area and I’ve played it often over countless years. I’ve been hesitant to write a good review here because it’s kind of a honey hole secret treasure. The clubhouse is modest but more than adequate and stocked with everything you need for a days round of golf. The kitchen menu selection is excellent and the food has always been prepared perfect and delicious. Every single member of the staff have been nothing but polite courteous and helpful throughout the years. Unlike other local courses, the course conditions have always been excellent. The greens at this course are kept so well that you would be surprised you weren’t on a TPC course. Stimp usually runs medium to slow but it makes it very playable for new and intermediate golfers alike. Except for some newbies and hackers that may come and not replace divots and repair pitch marks which can happen anywhere this course is always in amazing shape. I would say give this course a try but don’t fall in love with it because she belongs to the the loyal locals
Played Red and Blue 9s.The courses were in a pretty good condition and the staff were nice. There were some holes where the shots into the green would be in a direct line to the next tee box, which was pretty frightening. Some of the greens I hope gets a fix, because they were beyond undulated; they were just irregularly bumpy everywhere. Otherwise had a good experience.
Great value course. Conditions were excellent. Played red to white. Couple of tough 200 yard par 3s. Great views on 7 and 8 on white. Friendly staff and the hotdog was tasty :
Came about 6 times since the opening and was great, Overall good course. White/Blue are the nice ones, red seems like it was just fit in there. A lot of the greens felt moist/the ball would not cut while putting. Other than some newbies infront of us, who wasted about 5 minutes a hole looking for balls, Its a nice course.
Great place. First time golfing in over 6 years. Had cancer and surgery on both arms and shoulders. Now can only swing 3/4. Anyway went with my daughter. Staff extremely friendly course in great shape as well as greens for early Oct. Definitely will come back to play . They allow you to play 9. Thanks for reminding me how much fun golf was in my life before cancer. Jim.
