Fireplaces can be a tricky business, but Maxwell's provides exceptional service from beginning to end! They don't simply sell fireplaces, they sell you a fireplace that suits your needs, budget and room size. Darren is very attentive to the customer, a good communicator and gets you the answers you need lickety-split. They have a number of contractors that have been working with them for decades, and the results are great. As a designer, I need to trust my suppliers to ensure happy Clients so I will continue to give Maxwell's my business.
I have worked with a number of local subcontractors over the years and Maxwell Fireplaces provided the best customer service start to finish that I have ever experienced. Their attention to details is second to none! Thank you!
When the company owner personally drives to the airport to pick-up your fireplace to ensure your project stays on-time you know you're in good hands. Straight-forward advice, excellent follow-through and a terrific product - bring-on the cold weather!
So happy we popped into the show room a couple of months ago and connected with Meredith. She was extremely helpful with choosing the two fireplaces we ended up purchasing this past month and was also quick to send additional info and quotes as well as set up a visit to our home and assess our needs. Both she and Noel as well as their employees who installed our fireplaces were very professional and really awesome to work with. Very impressed with our experience and 100% recommend you choose their company!!!

We ordered gas fireplaces from Maxwell Fireplace two different times in the past year. Each experience was positive and professional, starting from when we discussed options and then ordered with Darren H. in the store, the clear communication throughout the process and subsequently our fireplace installations. We loved the idea of dealing locally and we were completely satisfied with both the fireplaces and the excellent service we received from this company. Highly recommend!
We simply cannot say how happy we are with our new fireplace. Noel and the team at Maxwell were great to work with, and we would recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality and value. We had been looking for a simple replacement of a “builder’s special” - but the result was far beyond expectations, and a favourite spot for morning coffee, comfy evenings, and waiting for Santa. These guys are true professionals and about were about the only good experience I had with my renovation. My contractor didn't prep the site as requested weeks in advance and Maxwell's installers went above and beyond to get things ready for the install. They were punctual with email responses and with install/arrival times unlike many of the trades I've had in my place over the past few months. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to update their fireplace!
