Good place for big guys to get Good looking and fitting clothes!
My husband and I shopped at the Maximus store a couple of weeks ago and had the best service ever. Louis greeted us as soon as we walked in and was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in his line of work and we were able to make a few purchases. My husband is a size 2XX and needed a few comfortable trendy suit jackets. Amelie helped make a tie knot for a tie we purchased since we are not good at that. Please thank Louis for his patience and professionalism and Amelie who was so kind to lend a helping hand. You have 2 great employees. We will keep coming back. Bianca & Eric
I liked the store and the products but if you are looking for something under a 50$ budget price this is not the place for you. There are sales no doubt but most of the time it's expensive. There is lots of choices for men, it's gorgeous in my opinion and there are a lot of sizes and length of pants. They also sale shoes and accessories. The staff was nice, patient and very kind. We were very pleased with what my man got. It fitted him perfectly. Will go again.
The staff was not only friendly, but super helpful. The saleswoman who guided me throughout my visit volunteered to go fetch multiple sizes and lengths of the same shirt when one would not fit. They have a selection of clothing ranging from casual to business and, most of all, from 1x-large to 6x-large. Also, the quality of the fabric is impressive and prices are more than adequate. The perfect fit guaranteed for men looking for large-sized clothing!
Friendly staff and good stock. Prices are reasonable when compared to other well established chains. Staff were predominantly french speaking but communication wasn't a big issue. Walked out with a suitcase worth of cloths for $600CAD. Final Sale items mostly. Extremely attractive staff, makes me want to stay around in QC longer...
Nice inventory but horrible customer service, went into the store was asked if I needed help said no,they insisted on giving me a tour ,I politely declined again and said just want to take a look, already got offended. Walked around while every sales clerk starring me down, could not wait to leave....to bad,I saw some really nice items but did not feel comfortable. As i left I said thank you and same sales lady SNICKERED? Ended driving to Grosvenor and sons on Wellington and was served like a king as usual.
Really deceived by the staff reaction when I got there to make a return on a jacket I had bought a week ago and never wore. The staff member compared the jacket with one "new" from the store and told me they can't accept my return as they didn't look the same, thing is when I bought the jacket it ended up staying in the car exposed daily to the sun for a week. They ended up giving me their managers name for me to "try again" with her when she would be back from vacation 10 days later. Astounded, I went to Maximus St-Leonard and they accepted the return without any question. Absolutely not recommending the Longueuil Maximus store.
A place that finally has my size. But i feel like i'm being raped when it comes the the sales price. Due to my size i should not have to pay $120.00 for a shirt and roughly the same for a pair of pants. There is a happy middle ground between a bit more for a size and fulfilling a need and needing to take out a 2nd mortgage to get a new wardrobe. I should not have to pay $300 for 2 articals of clothing.
