Maxi & Cie

I visited the store today to recycle my bottles and cans, but unfortunately, none of the machines were operational. I found it quite surprising that the customer service team was unable to assist with manual recycling because they didn't have a plastic bag available to collect the items. I spoke with the supervisor, who suggested I return later. However, since I had made a special effort to come in early after work for this purpose, I was hoping for a more immediate solution.nnI even offered my own large clear plastic bag, but it wasn't accepted. I really appreciate the challenges the staff face, but I believe there's an opportunity for improvement in how these situations are handled. It would greatly enhance customer experience if there were clear protocols in place for handling recycling when the machines are down. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Very clean Maxi & Cie store. We go here very often. Regularly is not to crowdy I think. We feel very comfortable buying here.

I went to purchase a coffee grinder by black and Decker and they simply want to sell me an open box product that has been sitting on their shelf since the product came out. The fact is it is also used and when I asked about a potential open box price they simply refused and told me full price or they will find me one. Last 2 in the store and I went back a week later they still haven't cleaned the product. What a joke.

Si far the best Maxi I have visited in Montréal, but still far from the Superstore standards I used to

this place after the pandemic becomes extremely bad, they don't like to refill the stocks, if some product specially the 0.9cents products end, they don't refill until the next day, this maxi is not for the people. Also the $1 chips are sold in $1.40 and this happen with many products. So far the Maxi in the Jewish area is the most honest, clean, with fresh products, always full of products. This Maxi is too much, I can't believe if this one is inside Saint Michel, this should be a Maxi for the people, instead we have to pay more and have bad quality compared with others.
