IGA extra Marché Tellier

Great service. They have loads of variety. Products are nicely displayed and always fresh. The staff is helpful. I love getting potted herbs from them. I wish we could order online directly from them as the voila online groceries from IGA is not on par with the service they used to provide.

Good quality meat and products in general but very expensive. It’s borderline abusive towards customers. They can use the excuse of inflation all they want but when other grocery stores charge 5$ less for the exact same product, you start to ask yourself questions. Also, I agree with a previous reviewer who said that staff are rude and seem to avoid interactions with customers. Each time I go here, I notice this. Many missing items on shelves too. Frustrating experience overall.

This IGA was my go to grocery store. Never again will I return after what happened to me. I was charged on my credit card for the groceries but the cashier said that it declined so I trusted that it was and gave cash instead. When I got home I checked my transaction history and it went through! So I went to explain this spoke to the cashier about it and the lady with the glasses. She said she’s in charge fine. She refused to help me but what got to me was her mocking me and treating me like a piece of dirt. I will never set foot into this store ever again. I used to go every week. I would think twice about going here. They do not value customers and I also had to return rotten items before.

Recently renovated for a more up to date look & a reconfiguration of the product display counters for great customer convenience, as well as common location for similar or related type grocery items.nHelpful bilingual & friendly staff members of diverse cultures. All in all a good shopping ambience. They do however, seem slow at replenishing certain products when they sell out.

I went to buy milk and passing through the aisle o saw that the Kraft peanut butter was on sale at $5.97 instead of $8.99 .I come to the cash and she charged me $8.99 instead of the sale price so one of the wrappers gourd and brings back the sticker on the shelf to the cashier and she still did not want to give me the reduced price saying that the date of the sale was July 5th. It should have been free with the error policy of $10.and less. As a customer at this IGA you are never right
