Being a small business, you really do get that extra personal touch and dedication to your mortgage and insurance. He's very approachable and explains the process in a way that's easy to understand. We have just used him for our new purchase and we had our mortgage offer within a few days - you can't ask for more than that! Compared to a lot of brokers out there, his rates are very competitive too. If you want a really nice guy, with excellent industry knowledge, don't use anyone else!
