The agency so far has been very helpful and informative in terms of preparing for a career in modeling/acting. I love that Max has several resources, rewards and opportunities for growth. I signed with Max in June 2022 and just recently met my booking agent so I’m providing 4 stars just because I haven’t went through the audition process yet or received a project. But once I do, I will definitely change my rating based on my experience. But so far, it’s been great and I’m thankful for the wonderful staff at the agency.
Max Agency is an exceptional model agency located in Toronto, and I had the pleasure of working with them recently. From start to finish, my experience with Max Agency was truly outstanding. They provided me with excellent guidance and support throughout the entire process, from initial casting to booking my first job. Their expertise and attention to detail ensured that I was prepared and confident for every opportunity that came my way. Furthermore, Max Agency's communication is top-notch. They were always quick to respond to any inquiries or concerns I had, and I felt completely supported and valued as a model. Overall, I highly recommend Max Agency to anyone looking to pursue a career in modeling or acting. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to diversity and inclusion set them apart from other agencies. If you're looking for a model agency in Toronto, Max Agency should be your first choice.
I've been with Max for over a year and can't thank them enough for their guidance, training and encouragement. Without them I wouldn't have landed my first major production this year. The one big thing I liked about Max was they gave you options to fit your budget in regards to your promotional material, even going as far to using your own, as long as they were industry standard. One thing I want to say to potential talent. I know you will be reading reviews like I did, because there are a lot of people who want to take advantage of those looking to break into the entertainment industry. You will read comments saying "I didn't get any auditions" or "self tape requests.". However this is truly the industry of rejection. It took one year before I even landed my first call back for a major production. Be patient, communicate with your agency, and see what you can do to better your portfolio and your resume, to make you stand out. The agent's job is to push you for the role, but it's your job as an actor or model to make sure you are representing the best self you can.
This class was amazing experience, all the people were amazing , funny , and so supportive. Alec was a very talented teacher. He helped me learn so many new things and helped me express my inner me that I’ve been hiding for so long. Overall it’s been a great experience, And I would love to do more classes with him and learn the most about acting. Thank you Max Agency for this opportunity and thank you Alec for the great experience
I very much enjoyed the Audition Classes Max Agency had to offer their New Talent. It was very playful and educational and I can definitely say that I learned a few tips and tricks about acting, the industry, and myself. I would definitely recommend to beginner actors and those starting out, as I have some experience most information wasn’t foreign to me. Thank you Max and Agent Susan, looking forward to what success we can co-produce together!
Max agency has been very helpful. Very friendly staff, they will be able to guide you through each step of the way. I am still waiting for an audition as I'm in the process of getting my photos ready, but fairly confident about the calls. Definitely recommend.
My experience on their roster was about an 8.5/10. With their connections, I had two auditions for the one year I was with them which I am thankful for. I understand that the agency can't guarantee work, but that they will submit talent for roles. A lot of the time, I would email my agent to ask to be submitted for roles that I saw I fit the category for. There were times where I wasn't submitted for a role for a couple of months unless I gave a suggestion for one. I personally feel like the agents here shouldn't represent as many people so that everyone can get more of the individual attention they need to succeed in the industry. On a more positive note, I loved the acting class with Alec Elliot! I was offered the intermediate class for free instead of paying 200$, and I enjoyed the intermediate class just as much as the beginner one! I was on the roster during the time of self-taped auditions. Sadly, the comp cards costed 452$ for 100 colour cards. I understand that they are needed to leave one at an audition, but all of mine were self taped. Even if auditions are in person, 100 cards would mean I would have to have 100 auditions to use them up. Even if I were extremely successful in the industry, I couldn't see myself using that many in a year. A "pay as you go" sort of plan and starting with maybe mailing 20 cards seems like a good idea. I was very satisfied with my photo shoot with Zvonko which seemed fairly priced with the Agency discount. It was 785.35$ for 200+ pictures which included hair, makeup and editing. All in all, I would work with them again if I was offered the opportunity to sign for another year and I do recommend them.
Being a new sign on with Max Talent Agency, they have been very professional and detailed in what the process is. They encourage you to continue to practice and get better at your craft. The beginner training classes were fantastic. Alec the trainer was great!

I have greatly enjoyed my experience working with MAX so far. Everyone has been helpful and patient with me as I navigate my way through my new adventure in acting. The support and encouragement that I have received from the MAX staff has been fantastic!
