Unfortunately I have to write a negative review.  I had new tires put on two vehicles at this location.  They were more motivated about trying to get more money out of me than the actual task at hand.  You are a discount tire store, I do not need you to replace all the fluids in my vehicle.  I do not need you to do my brakes.  I needed you to mount and balance my new tires.  Why does one vehicle only have three balanced tires and why did the balance weights fly off my other vehicle when I left?  It's sad that i'd rather pay another garage to re-balance 8 tires than step foot back in your shop.

I've been to a couple of Mavis Tires before but this one takes the cake. Not only were they lazy and uneducated " Automotive wise " , but they create constant fear for their customers who come in informing them of things that are necessarily bad or broken on there cars.
I took my car in for a flat tire just to get changed the sales person comes back to informed me that my lower control arm is completely done and that this is a extreme matter and should be fixed immediately. The salesperson not knowing I've been a full ASE certified  technician for 8 years.
the only reason why I didn't do it myself is because I needed a brand new tire for the vehicle .due to the side wall having leaks which that Tire was also purchased for Mavis it had to be replaced (I will no longer will be purchasing from Mavis ) 
When the salesperson brings me into the bay which my car is being worked on he makes it seem that my car is bent out of shape and it cannot drive out and I would have to pay them to fix it Now!
 In reality the only thing that was wrong with my car was it had a cut onthe boot on the lower ball joint and just needed to be retighten on to the lower control arm . So you mean to tell me if I didn't know my Automotive knowledge you would have hassle me into spending over $300 in a lower control arm. Then another hundred dollars for an alignment . Shame on you Mavis you guys are a bunch of scumbags who put constant fear into their customers who come in unknowingly have any knowledge about their cars.
