Frank and Mike Del Gallo are not just pool builders - they are artists!!! They worked with the shape of our backyard, and every design suggestion they made was spot on. Not only do we have a gorgeous pool, we have an amazing concrete patio complete with lymestone steps and retaining walls built from the rocks unearthed during the dig.
I could have never even imagined how beautiful our pool could be. Every person who walks into our backyard wants to know who built our pool and patio!
The building process was quick and easy- the crew is professional, shows up on time, and works beyond hard until every last detail is tended to.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of DelGallo for our in ground pool. When other companies said our yard was too small, DelGallo said no way! They were able to turn our yard into a beautiful backyard oasis! Unlike several other pool companies we had come give an estimate, Mike was able to give us all the costs up front, there were no surprise charges like we experienced with other companies. The personal attention and support they provide makes a huge difference. Anytime I have had a question, I would call or email them and they'd respond in a timely manner with a detailed solution/answer, when I go into the store the staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our pool has been one of our best investments yet and I am glad we chose DelGallo!

Zero communication skills. Waited hours for them to show up the first day, called and asked if they could give me an ETA and was told "we have 14 other customers to get to today, not sure when they will be there, we can have them call you before hand". I should have realized they overbooked their techs, and the techs would not take the time needed to do a good job. No phone call before they showed up. After they realized we needed a new filter (which was stated during the first phone call to them) they called and said they could get back there that night to do it. Well, at six am the next morning they showed up without warning. My fiance made sure to tell them that after they were finished that the pool was to be ready to go. They agreed.
During this time, they seem to have installed the filter. They also seem to have taken the pool cover off and thrown it on the ground. They also seem to have entered my garage WITHOUT PERMISSION to place a DIRTY ladder in the pool. I ASSUME greentreat was used, but given the fact that the rest I ran on the pool showed no chemicals at all, I have no proof what so ever. They then placed the manual for the new filter in the grass.
I'm not sure what else was done, or what time they left. I was inside taking care of my child. They left without ANY communication. There was no phone call, which they were asked to place, there was no knock on the door, they just left. I still have not recieved my receipt.
When my fiance called to complain, she was not offered an apology for any of this, but instead was told we need to add additional chemicals to the pool to make it swimable. Now considering the fact this was never told to us upfront, or after the tech was finished, this was news to us. She was also told we should have asked for a demo for what to do. We told them numerous times we are first time pool owners, not sure how we were supposed to know to ask for a demo.
I called last night, very unhappy, multiple times. All in all I was told we would have to do all the work from here, after paying them to do it. After zero resolution, and zero budge from the manager Erika, I hung up. I was left a message, being told what chemicals I WILL NEED TO BUY AND PUT IN MYSELF. A little while later I left them a message detailing every problem I'm having with them, I have yet to receive a phone call back.
I hope a resolution can be found, but currently it seems this company takes advantage of their customers. With the fact that I paid over $750 for their services, I expected a complete job, and not a half-assed excuse for work completed.
Edit : To respond, you have not addressed anyof the issues, such as the lack of communication, THE FACT WE WERE TOLD THE POOL WOULD BE READY TO GO AFTER SERVICE. Your TECHS WERE TOLD TO CALL. Now, as for him knocking, was it on the neighbors door? I was in the living room. I would have heard knocking. There is also a door bell that could have been rung. Or a telephone to have been called AS REQUESTED.
BEFORE SERVICE we were told the pool wouls be ready to go. That is what we paid for. After service you have changed the deal apparently. Disgusting.
Second Edit: after calling them looking one last time for a resolution, I was told I'm in tbe wrong, and I got what I paid for. I thought at over $700 and the promise my pool would be ready was what I paid for. The police are now being called for breaking and entering. The tech was never told that the ladder was in the garage, and decided to enter it without permission.
Third edit : I have now been blocked on facebook by Del Gallo and told not to call back. This could have all been fixed by sending a tech to fix the issues. Instead they have repeatedly spoken down to me, blaming me for NOT ASKING for a demo before hand, not sure how I should have known this. This is disgusting. Completely. No buisness should treat a customer like this.
