Great friendly staff! Always clean! Been there many times myself & for my kids. Doesn't feel like your typical hospital, it has history. Your never crammed or feel forgotten about like in big hospitals.
From stitches to more serious health issues, we have been met with warm, kind, efficient medical help from both the nurse and the doctor. We are so lucky to have Richards Landing Matthews Site.
Your experience will depend on whether you get care from Dr Lupien or not. Anyone else will try to push you out as quickly as possible while doing the exact minimum to find out what is wrong. Dr Lupien is the only one there that will go above and beyond and actually listen to you. Otherwise you're better off diagnosing yourself with Google.
