Very good place to buy a quality bike, gear and protective equipment.nA lot of bike accessories, sun glasses, clothing, nutritional supplements also for sale.nPrices are very comparable to other bike shops.nThey also sell all sorts of bike racks.nThey also have a pro-shop to service clients who bought at the store.nIf you need servicing your bike or an installation of a bike rack, you need to be patient because your appointment will be far away in time if your in the summer season. Too much demand for the amount of repair tech in the shop.nEmployees are nice, helpful & polite.nI bought two cross-country mountain bikes at this shop, for me and my daughter, and have always been very satisfied.nGiant Anthem & Giant Talon 3nGOOD JOB
My husband and I started a long bicycle touring trip in Quebec City. We had Mathieu Performance 496 1re Av assemble our bicycles with which we had flown packed in rolling cases and then dis-assemble and repack our bicycles at the end of our trip. CARL DIONNE was absolutely SUPER HELPFUL with facilitating everything. While we were at the store, MATT was also very helpful. We thank the entire staff at Mathieu Performance! The store is wonderful, with an excellent selection of cycling products.
Above and Beyond!nnI'm very impressed by Mathieu Performance. I'm in Toronto and was considering ordering a Scott Metrix 20 online. I was a bit nervous about buying a bike without a fit and test ride, but I gave the shop a call and they helped me understand sizing, etc. They also assured me they do most of the setup before shipping, and I'd only need to do some final assembly. So I clicked buy.nnThe amazing part after this was the speed. I bought on a Tuesday. They built the bike and shipped on Wednesday. And the bike was at my door on Thursday. That's Amazon-level speed - but for a new bike! I was beyond impressed.nnSetup was easy as promised. Happily took a first ride on it today, only 3 days after having bought it. Some companies don't even process eComm orders that fast!nnThanks to all at Mathieu Performance. Tres bien!
Great customer service always and super technical mechanic staffs. Their services are always overdelivered. My favorite bike shop!
