Worst property management I’ve ever dealt with. They are like used car salesmen to get you into a rental property with no follow through. Nothing gets addressed, nothing gets fixed. I was trying to find out when someone was coming to fix my water and received a call from Joe Hayden (co-owner) yelling at me that I need to let the owner in and not deny him access. The owner he was speaking of is the son of the owner, not the owner! When I brought this to his attention he told me the guy is a co-owner and I have to get be him full access! I was then hung up on. I pulled up the information from the borough website, and guess what...only one owner and it’s not the guy they want me to let in! Unbelievable! Slum lords for sure. Also all the detached 4-plexes they have (to rent or try to get you to buy) are made by Byler construction, which has its own problems. Most unprofessional people I’ve had to deal with as a renter. Very frustrating.
