Appraisal Co of Mat-Su LLC

No stars at all ! They downgraded our house like it was garbage. All they put in the appraisal were bad things like a half done paint job...duh, we were in the middle of painting....When we bought the house originally it was half finished and rated a C2 which is pretty good, it was build in 2011 and we bought in 2014. We finished siding, added a deck, finished a lot of work inside, all doors are top quality knotty alder and so is the trim. Not a word was said about all the top quality items..10"walls, super efficient in the winter, less then $80.00 a month to heat...Top of the line Viking appliances with a beautiful kitchen. I could go on....She graded it a C$ which is worse then a C2.....She compared our 2011 house to 39 year old houses....However whatever that company sucks big time. Do not ever hire them..not worth a dime and I paid $800.00.....and they took forever!!!!! A week before closing they came up with a real lowball appraisal....hope they go out of business soon !!!!
