A bit disorganized. Took over 30 mins to find which storage container an item I bought on special was located. Another employee dropped some lumber outside and lost his shit, screaming and slamming doors. Other than that store was clean, staff super friendly
Always good service here! Staff are friendly and helpful, they are knowledgeable if you ask the right people and I love that they deliver as well!
Tried calling on a Sunday morning around 9:30. Asked the young lady to check if what I was looking for in stock so she transfers me to some other young lady which I asked the same question so she puts me on hold for like 15 minutes then hangs up on me so I call back and I asked why after waiting 15 minutes they hang up and the excuse was we are very busy and can't help you no apologies. I would not have had to call if the website would be easy to navigate but unfortunately anything I would type in it could not identify what I wanted that was simple as garden mesh fence which I could not find in all of the departments. Very disappointing when you try and shop local but don't get results.
great store. great selection of tools. They have all your Lumber and sheeting needs. Trusses too. Danny is the man. Easy to work with, knows his stuff...No regrets and will be dealing with him amd Them for the next houses to come.
Great prices for building supplies. My only issue is the lack of English literature/ signage around. Whenever they have a promotion flyer out, it’s usually just in French. Annoying for someone who isn’t native to this area of “French Ontario”
