I would recommend this Master Mechanic location on Appleby Line in Burlington. They are very knowledgeable, provide very good customer service and are trustworthy.They have serviced our vehicles over the last few years. They have even made recommendations to take the vehicles back to the dealer because the issues were potentially serious. In one case, the dealer replaced the engine at no charge even though it was out of warranty. In the other case, the dealer repaired an oil leak under the Powertrain warranty. I accompany my mum to the mechanics whenever she goes. Mainly for the shop dog Ruckus! Shes very sweet and approachable much like the mechanics. I know nothing about cars but they explain things well and don't charge you for things that don't need to be fixed. Very honest hard working guys!

My radiator blew, and when the car overheated, the engine also blew. Chris and crew took the time to completely diagnose the problem, and explain all of my options to me. The car needed a new radiator, and a new engine. Now, the car arguably has a better engine. Mine had 560,000km. The "new" engine had 195,000km. I was hoping to get another 1 to 2 years. I have been running the new engine for a couple weeks. It has been running so well that I think I may actually get another 5 years.
