Krista gave me a massage today and it was wonderful. I have been going to her for over 15 years and always had a positive experience.  Krista is extremely knowledgeable and goes to great lengths to provide a great massage. Many times I have been experiencing aches and pains on arrival, she has always been able to alleviate those various aches and pains.  I highly recommend her. She will not disappoint.

Horrible experience. I booked a massage with this establishment as I received a gift card for my birthday. I show up to the massage and was told they would not massage me because I am three weeks pregnant.  I am fully aware that massages on the back are not recommended during the first trimester due to possibility of miscarriage. I cleared coming to the massage with my doctor and I requested that they only massage my legs. They advised it was still their 'policy' to not massage pregnant women in their first 12 weeks of pregnancy.  Didn't even matter if I just wanted a foot massage. Perhaps this should be a screening question for women upon booking appointments before we waste our time taking time off work and driving all the way to the spa for a massage just to be left disappointed.

Unfortunately I paid for an hour massage which was extremely lack luster and without skill and an additional service as well.  When the massage therapist left the room, I checked the time and is wasn't even the full hour yet but not only was it not the full hour for the massage but the additional service was performed during the "hour" as well.  Usually the therapist is waiting for you outside with water or at least to check in but nah, she was gone. So yeah, I got ripped off and will never use this place again. Thanks for wasting 50 minutes of my life!

Greeted upon arrival and quickly checked in. RMT are all pleasant and don't try to up sell you the various "elevations". With membership or prepaid packages massages are quite competitive with other similar businesses.

I have been seeing Lyubov for years, she is the best massage therapist I have ever come across! Took me a long time to find someone like her! I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed. She defiantly deserves all the credit! She is so friendly and makes your appointment amazing from start to finish!

What a joke, I got the membership, ended up not being able to use it so I canceled it. 3 months later I'm still getting charged and they tell me they never received the cancelation so I send it again and these guys took full advantage and charged me for the month when I canceled plus another month. So I ended up with 12 massages, so I asked if I could get my girlfriend in and they told me no but changed their stance when I called to argue with them  now they are telling me that I only have few months to use them up or  lose the money they took from me. Never again will I ever get another membership at a massage clinic. Screw every one of these guys and their gimmicks

I’ve been coming to massage heights for many years, I pay the $600 for my 6 massage membership, and I try to come once a month, but sometimes I cannot go for several months at a time, or sometimes my benefits run out and I have to wait to get new benefits as my work is seasonal.  Recently I was told the money I gave them expires after 9 months. As far as I’m concerned massage heights stole my money. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out !
