Buyer beware I signed up for membership I think in 12/2016 took effect in 1/2017 and thought it was a good deal and idea. Except shortly after I signed up I got super busy with work and school and didn't have time to go for facial or massages. I decided to cancel my membership. I was told it would be better to come in person to cancel the membership, when I went in I was given the option to freeze my account. I was also told that I had 2 credits ($120) on my account that I could use while the account is frozen. I called today to schedule an appointment and was told that because my account is frozen I can not use my credits unless I activate my account and have another membership fee ($60) come out of my account. I was confused since I had $120 why would I then pay an additional $60. I said, if this was explained to me when I initially signed up I would not have signed up for membership. Frank's (the manager) response was yes it was explained to you by >...... in great detail and you signed and initialed it. I said ok so I would like to cancel my membership, he said then you will have to wait until 5/2018. Why? because ME would have to add the months that the account was frozen to the contract which takes it to 5/2018. So what is my option as a customer? NOTHING! My option is to share this experience with everyone!
