Tried to book a hot stone massage three times now and twice I have been cancelled on, and once I showed up and they said that I wasn’t booked in a common occurrence with the online booking apparently. When asked to reschedule they couldn’t offer me another time slot for 3 weeks. When they called to cancel on me today, I expressed my concerns and frustration politely and was hung up on. The only good thing that came out of all this is they let me back out of my membership, or so they said on the phone, we’ll see I guess…. 0/10 do not recommend.
Been going to massage addict for 6 months now. Great place great people !! Highly recommend Jamal!! Love Amy's personality , she has great sense of humor and very professional!! Will keep coming back every week !! To the staff at front desk very friendly, makes you feel at home!!
I have been attending massage addict on upper paradise since they first opened. I have had many RMT'S in the years I have been coming. I now get my massages with a wonderful woman named Amy, I will highly recommend her ,she is wonderful person and RMT and has a very outgoing personality! Thank you Amy
Their massage therapists are good with a lot of knowledge. They give first priority to the hygiene. Their clinics are clean and neat.
Great massage therapists, friendly staff. Luke is a great massage therapist, Jamal is also wonderful and he does acupuncpture too, which was a new thing for me, I really enjoyed it.
Amy is awesome!!! not only was the massage wonderful, but she was as well. she a hundred percent will be the leading reason for my return! thankyou!
This Massage place is so unreliable. I book massage with them, they called me a day before to confirm my appointment, and called me back the next morning to cancel. Please don't waist your time booking with them,just go look for where the have staffs to attend to their clients.
Massage beds are hard and not comfortable at all. I cannot do an hour on my stomach but they will not offer anything less so I stopped going.
Very friendly and experienced staff. Very clean, calm and relaxing experience. Exactly what i had in mind when i booked my treatment.
The owner called and apologized for the misunderstanding. I apologized for my reaction. We both came to a positive and continued our business. I just want to say thank you for being proactive and taking on the issue yourself. Business owners like you are rare. The fact you did not use your staff as a scapegoat is astounding, true leader.
