Mashallah great masjid. Located at the most high traffic area of Edmoton. May Allah bless the people who are serving the masjid. And the people who are visiting. Ramadan is going great with iftar being served after Dawn.
I was there just to change a broken toilet but it seemed to be a nice place the owner was really cool
Masha Allah a great place of worship

I did go few times I love to be there but most of the time.ladies are talking loud and carpet full of food needs Vaccuming plus ladies laying down talking that is why I give one star. I love the prayer but without noise always loud talks disturbing people praying
مسجد من المساجد في ادمنتن. Perfect place to refuel your Iman and stay connected to your Lord. They also offer Friday prayers. Fills up fairly quickly on Fridays be sure to be there on time. If you can't you can always go to Masjid Quba for Fridays, the offer little bit later and they offer two Friday prayers.
I always love places of worship since they give me a peace of mind. This is where you communicate directly to the Creator due to the atmosphere and tranquility it provides. You can communicate with the Creator anytime and anywhere but this is the most condusive of them all. May Allah SWT accept our prayers.
Amazing place of worship, right in the heart of downtown, so if you are doing business in downtown during winter time, it's a life saver to go quickly and do your prayers May ALLAH the almighty reward the brothers and opened it up and that are running it
Its good but its small
I live on south side but recently started my new job in downtown. Today I visited this place for the first time. I left office and went in for Jumma prayer. Every mosque have few announcements before a prayer, that is fine. They announced that they are asking donation for improving the mosque. So far so good. Then another guy came to the front and claimed that they wish to receive 30 thousand dollar for the mosque. And he was asking if there is any one single guy in the mosque who can pay the whole amount. And he kept on saying how that will make you brave and the kind of place you will reserve in Jannah. Upon not getting any response... Then he started asking if he can get 3 brothers who can pay 10 thousand each and hence what kind of place you will reserve in Jannah. And upon not getting any response he moved on to asking 5 thousand dollars from 5 brothers and then 2 thousand dollars from 10 brothers. At this point I just stood up and left skipping my Jumma. I left because I went in with the expectation of a knowledgeable khudba and prayer. What I got was an AUCTION where the guy started with a very high donation asking of 30K and slowly moved down to 2K and I dont know what happened after that because I left. Another reason I left was because, their website stated that the Jumma time is 12:30, but they had this donation asking auction going on from 12:30 until 12:40 when I gave up and left. Normally I would just give 1 star to a bad experience. But since I am a Muslim and I care about the mosque, I took the time to write my experience in details and hope that someone from the mosque will read it and take some action. In my opinion the civilized way of asking donation is.... Let everyone know how much is needed and for what. After that everyone can donate whatever they want while exiting the mosque.
